Just a short overnight stay this time. Brenza remains our first choice in Kobe for convenience and value

The location is nice, very close to the station. This was a big plus. The room was mostly comfortable, but there were some catches. The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit, one day I went from taking a warm shower to a hot shower and then a cold shower. The fridge in the room did not work and they asked if I wanted to change rooms, I just wanted the fridge to work. Finally, the washer worked well, but the dryer part was not working well at all. Some of my clothes were damp even after two hours of running them and I made sure not to go over the weight specified on the cycles. All in all, this was not a bad stay but it could have been better.

My stay was pleasant at Brenza Hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful, so much so to assisting my with deciding movie tickets. Sometimes a Google translator app is not enough. The room was clean and quite which made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely no with them agian. The location was very concierge for both trains and bus stations. Places to eat were numerous and very close, especially the Lawsons next door. Terrific experience.

The hotel is comfortable, and convenient transportation. The space is huge. Also the hotel is clean. Besides, my wife recommended that if the hotel increases a small standing mirror or cosmetic mirror on the table will be great for ladies or families.

Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast. Breakfast was semi-buffet, the main course was plated by the chef with greens, fruits, eggs and a meat with a small soup and yogurt. Breads were self-service. I enjoyed the breakfast :) My single room was sufficient large, equipped with a controllable air-conditioning. Appreciated the eco-friendly options, with self-service amenities (toothbrush, cleansing oil) bar. Location is very good, with many inexpensive dining options and convenience stores nearby.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walking from station and eating. Good shopping options in area. Efficient and polite service as expected from Japanese business hotels. Breakfast was a set service, not a buffet, so those with dietary restrictions may wish to inquire first.

I liked the wood flooring in the room, which gave me clean impression. The shower room was clean and towels are very soft. Good beddings too.

The hotel is 20 minutes by foot from shin-kobe and directly at Sannomiya station where you have a lot of restaurant. This is a typical room for Japan with all the amenities. It was pretty quiet.

The rooms are larger here than other places I have stayed in Sannomiya. The staff were very helpful. This is a difference to other hotels where we had to check in using a kiosk and only got limited door keys. In this place, staff gave me an additional key when I left mine in the room - no trouble. This hotel is very central. You can walk to most things you want to see. You can walk to Shin Kobe station and the rope way to the herb gardens, to local shops and the next suburb of Motomachi easily.

it is just 5-minutes walk to the station. Many small restaurants nearby with good price range options. The room is clean and everything is enough for you to use. Breakfast is very very good, don’t miss it!

Good location, though on the other side of where many restaurants are. Friendly staffs. Coin dryer didn't work very well. Toilet is very small. Room size is otherwise good.

Everything was fine except our room smelled like really bad body odor. I sprayed the complimentary febreeze throughout the room on the carpet, but the smell persisted for the entirety of the stay. I asked the front desk if they had anything stronger but they didn’t.

Extremely close to Kobe-Sannomiya Station and most convenience. Room is very modern, relatively spacious and clean. The only thing that upset me a little bit is the relative lack of light in room. If you prefer a dimmer setting however, it should be perfect.

Very clean and neat hotel. About 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya station. Front desk was professional and it was easy to check in. I loved the feel of the comforter. The room was decorated very simple - almost no character. I just did not need the giant light on the limited desk space.

Very convenient location, 5 mins walk only. Lots of food choices, lots of fun things to do. Round1 is right across the hotel if you like arcade games / darts / billiards / bowling

Very clean and enjoyed small tub that is great to fill up and shower with much appreciated Japanese toilet. Breakfast was fantastic every morning and coffee/tea/juice bar was great. Stored luggage early before checking in and stored luggage again after checkout and picked it up late with no problems. Will definitely stay again. Only 2 mins walk from Sannomiya station and so convenient.

Nous y sommes restés une seule nuit, le rapport qualité prix est très bon, l’hôtel est bien localisé pour les déplacements à pied, il y a plusieurs restaurants qui entourent le restaurant. Nous avons apprécié la salle de lavage. Bon séjour et super personnel!
