The room was great and the location was amazing. However the breakfast was bad due to bread being moldy and milk being spoiled. Also the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Customer service was good and place seemed really clean.

The silly little barn door on the bathroom wasnt working very well. The hotel only has 1 elevator and its to one side of the building, folks with mobility issues will find this inconvenient.

Stayed for 2 nights to explore Warm Sorings and surrounding area. We would not usually choose a Best Western but it was the only hotel in the area. Room was 1st floor looking out on the parking lot. There seemed to be rooms with patios or balconies to enjoy the beautiful view but maybe those cost extra? Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just dated and average. I admit I like a fancier hotel when I travel. No complaints other than terrible water pressure in the shower but I doubt the hotel can do much about that. There were some beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy as well as a bar and restaurant which was convenient.

Only compliant is the lighting in the room and bathroom is very dim. I had read that in a previous review and brought a lighted mirror, but it was still very dim.

For a hotel that is popular for the view, don’t book the most expensive room expecting a view of anything other than the parking lot. The outdoor bar area does not have heaters and closed at 7pm on a Saturday night due to it being chilly. Otherwise a great place for a getaway.

Lovely property just south of Warm Springs, GA, with spectacular views of the sunrise, an inviting fire pit in the back by the pool area, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was perfect - clean, comfortable and quiet. Coffee and breakfast were available in the morning, and the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were outstanding. The location is just a few minutes drive from Warm Springs so it was very convenient. We will definitely come again.

The young man who checked us in was pleasant and polite.
We met Joy and her husband the next morning and they went above and beyond to give us area information and
fun, local things to do. Joy also boxed up few mini muffins and granola for us to take on our hikes. She also hollered out the front door when we were leaving, and I forgot one of my bags:) They gave the kind of experience that makes you want to come back and to recommend the hotel to others. We had a wonderful experience there.

The staff was very accommodating. The rug was slightly worn but overall good condition but very comfortable. The staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant...the View could be updated. Limited choices. The view and atmosphere exceptional.

Property was clean and attractive (although some grounds maintenance was lacking). Staff was pleasant. Unfortunately we had no TV service literally for hours and had to change rooms in order to get it. More importantly, we had no internet service for our stay. There was no offer to compensate us for the lack of these basic services.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff was kind and courteous and informative. The food was delicious and the view behind the property as well as the cleanliness of the property in every area was spectacular. I would love to stay again one day.

Arrived an hour after check in time and the rooms were not ready. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for a room to be available & then the sink didn’t drain well and neither did the shower. It was never fixed as promised. Found out later my friends stayed in this room the day before and was moved to another because of the issues so there was time for it to be fixed before putting more customers in it.
Overall the stay was good. Celebrated a wedding downtown Warm Springs & then partied in the venues here at the hotel with friends after the reception. The good outweighed the bad!!!

While hotel is relatively new, the elevator leading to north second floor smelled like vomit. The room itself had a large area in ceiling which was discolored. The bath sink had visible wear. Under desk area had dust and some debris. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Wonderful hospitality! The front desk staff was so kind and warm. They lit the fire pit just for my family and even ran out and bought more supplies for s'mores when they discovered they had run out.
The property grounds are beautiful, overlooking the valley. The food at the bar/ restaurant was tasty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was just what we needed. We hope to be back!

This is a truly beautiful hotel with very helpful staff! We recommend this place to anyone staying in the area (easy driving distance for Callaway Gardens or Pine Mountain Park or Wild Animal Safari).

We stayed one night to attend the Fantasy in lights. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, but they probably need another person to help keep everything filled & coffee made.

Our stay this weekend was AMAZING! From the nice facilities down the the friendly staff, we enjoyed the entire experience. Our room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view! When checking in, the manager and front desk attendant was super friendly and answered all questions clearly. We then enjoyed the bar where we were served by Susan and Chelsea, they were not only professional, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. This was our second time staying and we will definitely be returning for another visit. Five-Star service, hands down!

This is a beautiful setting! Our room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor bar and seating areas are unique. The only criticism I have is that the breakfasts were disappointing. There was not a lot of variety in breakfast items and several items were unavailable. One morning there was no toast or English muffins. There was no milk or orange juice. The biscuits were old. Otherwise however it was an exceptional stay.

Hotel was gorgeous, staff great, Hannah in bar was amazing to watch her manage all those people!
Only improvement I would suggest is the food. The food used in the bar was not very good and was expensive. The breakfast was warm but not hot, and minimal. They need a cook and a kitchen.
We were thrilled with the location and if we are in the area again definetly would use this same hotel.

Aiden features the kind of quality I've come to expect from a Best Western property. Clean and quiet, with a helpful staff. The views of the surrounding area are lovely. Would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful but the room service was not done accordingly and the food was the same for the 3 days in a row and the maintenance garbage cans outside was not maintained or outside
