Overall the resort and staff were great, especially the pool staff and including wonderful Nadia.
I was disappointed during the few days we had rain that only 1 restaurant out of 3 was open for dinner and you needed reservations up to 8pm. We had to purchase food as we were not told room service was not included in our plan until the next day. The resort should have pre-planned with having umbrellas or awnings so those restaurants could be open.
Great location and variety of food, drinks and entertainment!

If you want to have an amazing time here start off by tipping the front desk girls $10 as soon as you check in. Then tip everyone you see $5. This will get you noticed and you won’t be able to walk around without feeling like an absolute rockstar! The staff are hardworking locals who will go out of their way to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience! The food here is some of the best quality Mexico has to offer with Italian and Japanese restaurants along with Mexican classics and North American comfort food. The view from our room on the 7th floor was breathtaking and the cleaning services were always on point. Our room was stocked with fresh snacks and drinks everyday while we were at the pool or beach. The gym was busy but has good quality equipment. The beach is nice with staff combing the sand most mornings and setting up umbrellas and fetching snacks. We did the all inclusive package which is great, however they write you a bill every time you order something and you just sign it to your room. When they do this you can see the prices for non all inclusive are astronomically high with bottles of water coming in around $10 each and breakfast buffets exceeding $100 a day. Wine to purchase is a minimum $120 a bottle which didn’t stop me from buying 2 bottles but be forewarned. I always tip $2 every time anyone brings me anything so bring at least $50 a day to tip. This hotel has a spa and the pools are large and relaxing. I would say it’s pricey but amazing overall!!

we did not get the rooms we paid for. We talked to front desk staff and we were never reassigned a room. We were initially assigned an occupied room and walked in to some guests it was so embarrassing. I feel like they owe me a refund. Pool staff and restaurant staff are very nice. Front desk staff are horrible.

We paid for the best rooms they had and they gave us whatever they wanted. They also assigned to us an occupied room so we get to the room and there was a couple there. They never apologized or moved us to a room with beach view which is what we paid for. The also lie on a retainer on your card at check in. They said it was 3000 pesos but my cc statement showed 600 dollars. There are extremely limited live events and music so if you're looking to party this is not the place. There's very limited transportation to and from the resort. Staff at the front are rude and will argue with you. I had to argue with them to fill the fridge because we had paid for an all inclusive and it wasn't filled until 2 days after check in. Definitely never going back.

Overall very clean, excellent staff, lots of poolside and beach lounges. But a lot of them were always reserved regardless of the No Reserved Seats Rule. A reasonable amount of organized activities. Food varied from ok to good. Having to sign for every meal and drink was annoying as it being a mixed hotel and all inclusive. The wrist band should have been sufficient as is used at most all inclusive resorts.

We stayed during the New Year festivities. They had a great firework show. Staff was friendly and courteous.

If you are looking for good all-inclusive property then this is NOT good resort for you. The size of restaurants and server ability to serve you is a joke. They only serve to their members and treat you bad if you are not member. Stay away from this not so inclusive resort!

The hotel is beautiful. However at check in I was given a room that wasn’t what I payed for. Thanks to the bell boy. He helped me out to get it corrected. What made me very upset was a lady in the front desk named Ingred she was very rude. Did not greet us. I had to tell her what kind of service was this. I payed almost $2,000 dollars for my stay and to be greeted like that. That is unacceptable. Everyone is was great. That was the lowest point of my vacation

Is a great Resort. Food and service great. But be careful with the question for be member in the „Villa Group“ club. You don‘t need that and it costs you presentation time

No complaints about our stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Octavio, Raymundo, Jorge, Maria, Luis, Alejandro, Montse, Enrique and so many others worked so hard to make sure we had the best time. When we declined attending the presentation we weren't asked about it again. What a wonderful trip!!!

The membership sales people are nice as pie till you tell them no then the claws come out and treat you like crap. This hotel is best geared to those wanting very low key quite relaxation without much in entertainment or music around the pool or on the property. If your looking to sleep at the pool on your lounger this is the place for you as it’s quite and non eventful. Very little pool activity, very quite music when it’s played, and get there early because people grab the chairs then go back to their room and go back to bed. Took us 2 hours to get checked in and that was not standing in line. Having to tab out every single drink and food order when you are on a all inclusive plan is ridiculous. If you need a bottled water you tab out each time. They need a better system for that. The food and drinks are why we go this brand of properties, it’s not for the stellar service and smiles. Make sure you bring tip money, you can buy your smiles and service that way.

Property was excellent the only problem we had was the lack of enough sun umbrellas around pool area. Overall very satisfied with the accomodations and the hotel itself.

There wasn’t much food selection and food was not great. Every restaurant seem to serve similar food other than the Japanese restaurant. Room service seem to have better options. No steak available at any of the restaurants other than flank. Out of the 4 nights I was there they only served crepes on 1 night. I also think they need more server in the pool area.

The property is beautiful, but is it is an older hotel we had to upgrade to a suite to feel more comfortable. Nothing around but other hotels 20 minutes from the freeway. Only four restaurants on the property.

The property was clean and the staff was always helpful. Luz kept our room neat and clean. They have activities daily and the food was delicious.

It was a property- customer service could use a lot of work. They don’t do bellman service and was told I would have to carry and roll my own bags. Also when asked for an umbrella for shade- was told straight up NO. I did wish more things were available throughout the day like the ice cream and crapes for my kids- they were only available after 5pm which is later in the evening. It would have been nice to have it available during the day when it’s hot out.

I thought for the price that it should include the better beverages/drinks (such as Crown Royal) and not have an extra fee. Crown is not that much more expensive than other Canadian blends so it seems rather cheap to charge extra when the daly rate is $375 per day.

Property was very nice. Lots of time share people, dissatisfied how we had to move rooms when we booked 9 months in advance. Front desk needs more training. Waiters, servers, bell people all great. Property was nice & clean.
