when we arrived we were told that there would be no housekeeping . If we wanted towels, we were the ones that would have to go downstairs and asked to get towels. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go downstairs to get toilet paper. That is one major thing that I was so upset about.. The AC worked great even throughout the night. Breakfast could have been better. Every time I went downstairs, whoever was working. The front desk was sitting down at the tables with the other people I presume housekeeping, eating. There was only one person at the front desk. When we arrived, no one was there, but a sign said that they would wait on us momentarily.

Front desk ladies are very nice however our room was pretty dirty ( hairsand dust). We couldn’t even turn on the tv because remote was broken.
It was a lot of noise around 3am outside and also homeless around there. I had kids with me so I felt very unsafe.

It was okay. The bed was a little soft. The sink did not drain. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hallway.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. We reported an issue with a chair in our broom and it was removed and replaced immediately. I liked the walk in shower in our room, not having to climb in a bathtub to use a shower.
We have always enjoy staying at a Best Westerns.

The hostess at check-in was a vert stubborn lady, would not accomodate my request for 2 Q beds. Very difficult check-in experience. Last time I will Best Western.

If you plan on visiting the wineries then note, this hotel is 15 minutes away from most wineries. I suggest staying at a winery if you're coming for 1 to 2 nights. Although the hotel is near a main freeway, the road noise is not that bad. The hotel and the room were clean. The breakfast omelet tasted better than most pre-made omelets I have tasted and the latte if mixed correctly was also good. The room we stayed in actually had a window that could be opened which is not common in hotel rooms. The hotel was relatively quiet and on occasion you could hear people talking as they passed by the room, and children crying or yelling.

Room was clean and great for what we needed.

The room and bed were comfortable overall. The shower only got lukewarm but you could get hot water from the sink faucet so I don't know why it wasn't possible to take a hot shower. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Although the pool is small, it was perfect for our young kids. Plenty of options for breakfast but mostly unhealthy.

We booked that place so the kids could swim in the pool but the pool was out of order the entire 4 days we stayed ! I don’t think they tried to fix the issue that they had with the pool as soon as possible!
The rooms didn’t get cleaned on daily bases
When we asked why they didn’t cleaned the room they answered they only clean it when you asked for it ! We had our sign on the door all day for cleaning and nothing happened!
I think the price 250.00 a night is way overpriced for what you get !
Wouldn’t stay there again !

Nice modern hotel, friendly staff. We had a large room but not keen on tiled bedroom floor. Breakfast area was too small. No recycling facilities.

The location is very close to old town Temacula, the hotel interior is well kept, we had little bit issue with bed - it was sinking in the middle. The front desk was friendly and courteous

We stayed 6 nights through Christmas. The bed was not comfortable at all. The first night there was a fight at the gas station across the street. Lots of police everywhere. Very noisy in the hallways every night.
The last night around 10:45 pm 2 women started fighting in the hallway. Cursing, yelling, screaming, slamming doors, falling into the walls. I started calling the front desk at 11:15pm with no answer. Kept calling and letting it ring until 11:30pm. After 45 minutes someone finally got the women off the floor.
This is really unacceptable. I asked the front desk clerk upon checking out if they have a night clerk she said yes they were probably on break. Seriously…

We stay here every time we visit old town. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. So comfortable we bought them for our bed.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and usually it’s a good experience. This time we got there a little after 3pm and check in took a long time and once we got our key and went to the 3rd floor the room was dirty!!! So again we had to go downstairs and wait again for a clean room. We ended up getting a room in the 1st floor which wasn’t our favorite but after so much waiting we didn’t care. The sofa in the room was missing cushions and they put outdoor cushions which looked tacky and was extremely uncomfortable.
This hotel has thin walls so bring ear plugs. Rooms are nice and great walk ability to old town.

The room featured unorganized furniture so you really couldn’t enjoy it and be comfortable. In the early hours of the morning, you heard a lot of construction noise coming from within the hotel and above the room so we couldn’t sleep at all or in!
