Staff were great and the hotel was first class.

I was surprised by the facilities and equipment inside the apartment. It has everything you need for your family to have a short stay. The receptionists are quite friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it for the family.

Location better suited to business travellers than for holiday. No food supplied in hotel, including snack bar or drinks. Pool and BBQ area very good.

Great quality room. A/C and bathroom was nice and balcony Disappointed that the security deposit has not been refunded after 7 days, it has been 2 weeks. I left the room in great condition and followed all rules. The front desk staff did not communicate with me the process off getting the security deposit back. I will now have to call the hotel and chase it up. Overall I enjoyed the time spent there.

We stayed here for a long weekend; nicely-appointed clean rooms, staff were excellent; restaurants and convenience stores within close walking distance. The apartments were relatively close to airport and easy drive to Perth and surrounds.

The property was close to what we needed. Undercover parking.

We loved the salt water pool. Often not busy. The bbq area was amazing although we didn’t use. The granola bars and water in the lobby every morning was a nice added bonus. The location was great, easy walking distance to most everything and frequently used the free CAT buses. Hard to find dinner restaurants close by especially on weekends.

Location of the property is central to most CBD venues. Easy parking available for a small fee. The rooms are spotless clean. Shower is nice and with good water pressure. The staff always kept water bottle and energy bars in the morning which my kids really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room is quiet. We travelled as a family with younger kids as well as old parents. We had booked two rooms and we enjoyed our stay. We recommend this to any family and we will stay again here.

I have stayed 3 times at the Sebel and love the close proximity to the city, Watertown, RAC Arena and West Perth. The cat buses are close by and free. The place is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are quiet and spacious with all the extras, such as the washing machine, dryer and cooking items. The outdoor area is wonderful to spend time in and the pool is great. The only thing I didn't like was the inconvenience it was for me to have to find a teller machine to get cash out to check in, as their own eftpos machine would not work for my credit card and savings card, when both were well and truly plentiful of funds and I had used these cards every other place I went to. I was also unable to use the joint credit card as the card only had my husbands name and he was not present. I understand that technology can fail at times, however I had paid the accommodation in full and they only needed the cash deposit to cover my parking and as a bond.

Highly recommended! I love everything about this property. It looks so modern, new and clean. There are many amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool, bbq pit, outdoor dining and fitness centre. My favourite is definitely the fitness centre. It is big and well-equipped. Free bottled water and energy bars available every morning. The staff are amazing too. Very thoughtful and helpful. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose it again.
