Really good stay. I liked the location and room nice and quiet.
All staff very helpful and friendly especially at reception.
Only slight negatives were the wait times for lift at peak periods. Breakfast times it got very busy but we always managed to get a table.

Overall nice hotel. Room slightly on smaller side for family of 4 but as expected in New York. Beds were supposed to be queen beds and ended up being double beds. Free breakfast was convenient and offered a good variety. Fridge was not working and was only fixed two days after we notified front desk. Clean hotel overall. Parking booked on spot hero and was discounted since we booked the day of our stay.

Good hotel. Tough to get an elevator. Housekeeping was done late in the day just as we were coming back to rest. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Our stay here was excellent and our room was clean/well taken care of with staff cleaning daily. Sometimes you may be waiting a bit for the elevator but we did not find it to be too much of a set back with heading out. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and a nice added bonus as well as the free happy hour from 5-6pm everyday! Overall the Fairfield Inn & Suites was the perfect choice for our time in New York.

We found the staff at the hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful. The location was easy to get around to everything that we wanted to see. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly do so next time I’m in New York.

Air condition is working so loudy.this is very disturbing.also the bathroom ventilation is working all the time with a loud.the lift is not enough for the hotel guest.

Stored our luggage before and after checking in and out. Large breakfast selection although crowded. Convenient to Penn station, theaters, Central Park etc. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable as well as roomy for a hotel in Manhattan.

Room was lovely and had fantastic views of The Edge and other beautiful buildings. Lobby a bit busy at times but reception was helpful keeping our luggage. Great location.

The stay was nice The only thing that was negative was that the heater kept disengaging. I had to call for the heating to be reset three times.

room wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time, front desk kept saying it would be ready in 5-10mins until finally got it closer to 5pm. elevator can be long wait time. staff was always nice and friendly. good location near MSG and other landmarks.

The staff at the front desk were so helpful, the security team members were very nice, and the other staff were all super friendly. Dont get in a hurry in the morning while waiting on the elevator. It's super busy so you might have to wait a while.

Everything there was amazing. The only problem I had was when I went to bed at night the pillows were not the greatest. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.

Comfortable and clean. Good location. Breakfast offering was okay.
Downside is everything used is disposable (e.g cups in room, all plates/cutlery at breakfast). Far too much use of plastic!

This property was in a great location! It was a short walk to Penn Station and located in walking distance to everything we wanted to di and see in NYC.

While we were there, another guest at the hotel, would stare at my 23 year old daughter for long periods of time- in the lobby, the elevator, at the bar, etc. Even when I would stare back at him - he didn;'t care. It seemed as if he was always where we were. He would sit by the elevators for an hour at a time, by himself, and watch the young girls. He made us very uncomfortable, but since he didn't actually do anything, we didn't report it. I would not stay there again.

Rooms are small but have everything you need, including a mini-fridge and microwave.
There was a bit of a mix-up at check but Hana and the Manager did everything to make it right. Hana was exceptional.
