We really enjoyed our stay at Bespoke hotel.
Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly.
Location is great and the hotel is family friendly. Free breakfast and coffee with donuts was really appreciated by my whole family and having laundry room when travelling with kids was just a big bonus.

Google Pictures made the hotel better than reality

The room is a little squeezy for a 5-people family but the service including donuts, coffee and drink is excellent.

Good location- close to public transport & walk to restaurants. Clean, friendly staff. Light breakfast, happy hour, & water bottles included. Liked our PJs.

Enjoyed Tokyo. Good central location. Clean hotel. The only downfall is the size of the room for 5. It was so cramped and the aircon would either be too cold or not cold enough.
Everything else was fine

A treat of a hotel in a great location. The free happy hour and breakfast was a bonus. We had a 3 person room and the layout was the best we’d experienced for suitcases and space etc.

Room was spacious and very clean.
Staffs are very helpful and nice.
They do not serve the real breakfast, just some donuts, bread, muffins, soft drinks and coffee

We had a solid stay at Bespoke. Here’s what was great: super friendly staff, great location, and a room big enough to sleep two parents and two kids (keep in mind this is by Tokyo standards - two doubles and a single were pushed together to make one giant bed. It was kind of fun and the kids loved it but it leaves no room otherwise). There is also coin laundry in the building which was super helpful. Morning light breakfast and all day doughnuts were delightful. The lobby common areas are chic and inviting. Only downside is that our room and beth room smelled very musty. We spent most of our time out of the room so didn’t let it bother us but it was very noticeable and probably triggered allergies in two of us.

Comfortable stay. Free breakfast was most welcome. We arrived late at night and common areas looked untidy and need of a clean. Other than that first impression we found everything great.

Very friendly and also great room, the hotel’s location was also close to shinjuku so it made it easier to get to the two train stations around the area. The room price was also very reasonable on short notice as well.

The room was bigger than we expected. Nice bedding and everything we needed was availble.
Great location to get to train and local establishments. Would stay again!

Just a few minutes away from the heart of Shinjuku also very near to some good metro lines to get around the city

The kids loved all day donuts , nice communal lobby , great place to hang. Good location , close to multiple metro lines . Staff was friendly and provided great assistance. Located next to multiple food options and just off the Golden Gai .
I wish they started the breakfast service at 6/ 6.30 instead of 7 am .
Otherwise all in all a good experience

I recommend this hotel. I stayed in a double (Room 801) which was certainly spacious enough for a solo traveller. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was excellent. The room's window overlooked the adjacent building; if you want a better view, I'd suggest asking when you book. The lounge area/reception was stylish and relaxing. Free coffee and donuts. Also complimentary sake/wine between about 6pm to 9pm. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We arrived back in Tokyo after a jaunt around Japan for our last leg. We were met with a free sake bar and treats with a lively lobby environment, but only to find that it was masking the poor conditions of the rooms. The carpets were full of stains and the walls unkept for an uncomfortable feel of the room. We ended up checking out within 30 min and found a better deal with nicer rooms 2 blocks away.

Very small room with a wall one meter from the window.

We immediately checked out bc our room was so gross & tiny for how expensive it was. It was outrageous how much it was & how long it took to get only a partial refund. Don't trust the photos, seriously.

Photos look beautiful but the reality is that only the lobby is like the photos, super dirty everywhere, the rooms extremely small and smell like mold, carpet is disgusting, walls are dirty. Price is good but is not worth it, rather pay a little more and be in a cleaner environment.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Although they crammed three twin beds in one room, the beds were comfortable and the room was perfect for our short stay. The bathroom is small, but at least there was an actual bathtub shower combo that didn’t get the floor wet. The water pressure and heat was amazing! The mirror in the bathroom didn’t fog up right around the area if you were standing at the sink. I’d never seen a mirror like that before. And I just love a heated toilet seat. Also, the hotel offers free coffee, tea, wine, champagne, and sake every evening in the lobby area. They provide free bottled water in the room, but there wasn’t a fridge to keep anything cold. They also have free bread, donuts, or bagel items for breakfast. Nothing fancy or an American continental breakfast type of spread. However, I didn’t come to Japan for anything American, except maybe Starbucks. The hotel is close to a train station, so it’s really easy to get around. It’s also walkable to lots of other places to eat and to go shopping. One thing, I couldn’t find any English speaking channels on television and I couldn’t seem to use the Netflix or YouTube buttons on the remote. I don’t know if they just didn’t work, but I didn’t bother to ask the staff. There was a ¥500 ($3 USD) room tax, and only ¥1000/hour, up to two hours for a late check out, which is less than $14 USD extra. In America, it would’ve cost so much more. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I would stay again.

Fair standard at this price point. Breakfast is very simple and roooms a bit dusty. Overall OK.

We loved our stay at Bespoke Shinjuku. Walking distance to tons of dining and shopping and transportation. The staff are extremely helpful and they offer free bottles of water and coffee all day. Their breakfast is good and basic. Perfect to get your day started. We loved the free lobby sake! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This was my second trip to Tokyo and my second time staying in the Shinjuku neighborhood (first time was at the APA Hotel in Nishishinjuku). I spent a solid week reviewing all of the different hotel options and landed on the Bespoke Hotel. Let me say that, as a 34-year old avid traveler vacationing with my brother, this hotel was the PERFECT spot for us. I generally prefer newer and more modern hotels, and the Bespoke hotel gave us exactly that. This hotel provided the perfect location at an incredible nightly rate and gave us that contemporary hospitality feel, complete with complimentary breakfast bites, coffee, and afternoon beverages. I will forever recommend this location and, unless I'm able to spend $500 /night at a 5-star hotel, I will plan on coming back here for years to come.

This hotel is excellent, the only reason I took out one star was the size of the room. We booked a triple room for 3 adults. Photos showed a love seat in the room however there was no space between the love seat and the bed, so you could not use it as a seat. We had 3 carry on luggages, there was no room to open them at the same time. I am almost sure that even one full size luggage will not fit in the room. There was no closet or drawer, just a wall arrangement with a few hangers.
On the positive side, room and all common spaces are extremely clean. Daily room service, PJs, slippers, complementary alcoholic drinks in the evening and free nice selection of pastries and coffee in the morning all add to the comfort of the stay. Location is also excellent.

The property is very clean and proper and it’s 3 minutes walk from E1 exit of the Shinjuku San Chome station on the Fukutokshin Line, which makes this super easy to get to and much great shopping including Isetan is within 10-15mins walk. There is also a supermarket next door that opens till midnight every day. Highly recommended.

Excellent lovely and pretty hotel. Great location. We loved our stay there!!!
4.0
Clean, convenient, close to great vibrant neighbourhood, easy metro access, polite service.
Breakfast is pastries only so you’ll need to get some ‘real’ nutrients elsewhere.
Very dark decor/muted lighting throughout - I know hotels these days are more conscious of energy use - but inside feels like a constant state of nighttime which I find odd.

Basically a modern hotel but the rooms - especially the furniture - are very dirty. Positive is the serving of coffee and pastry in the lobby for free in the mornings.
