The Hilton Gardens in Muscat has the best customer service staff that I have ever experienced. From the front desk, restaurant, house keeping and concierge, they were faultless. I will definitely return.

Great property for short or extended stay. The rooms are clean an spacious with comfortable beds. We extended our stay by a few days and decided to stay here instead of leaving for a cheeper hotel.
Lots if restaurants within 5-10 mon walking distance. I would stay here again

All was good except the pressure of shower is too weak. Will need to increase the water pressure in 5th floor.

The food was not good , Indian style and we are europian …only Xmas food was good for the New Years eve ola, la … Secondly the electronical room key every time to reload as it didn‘t work properly…very anoying and no excuse from the reception staff. Thirdly the pool was too small and the towel were always missing so we needed to call🙃…The rooms were small and no value for the money as the TV didn‘t work and no place to put the suit cases in the room 🙃…my list could be even longer but I don‘t know if any point of above would be condidered! Just to mention the poor condition with serving personal staff on the outside tables, no one would ask for it and we need to interact every time, very bad service!

The rooms are modern with nice amenities. Buffet breakfast is great and staff are very accommodating. The hotel could use a little better information during check in - such as hotel features, nearby restaurants and shops, and also help with understanding the taxis which are parked outside - I spend nearly £75 on taxis across various points in my 3 days, and I sense prices were marked up quite a bit.

Booked for king size bed paying extra 30USD and they said only 2 single bed room available in-spite of them able to see my specific booking. Not the first time happening with this hotel also and reception people dont care

An amazing hotel in a quiet part of the city with good links to the west of Muscat. Pool area is very well maintained and gym useful for a workout. Breakfast buffet and evening meals nice in the restaurant.
There is no bar, and no bar that serves alcohol which is different to the description on the site but didn’t bother us.
Staff very attentive and easy to get a taxi out the front. Room welcoming and comfortable.

02 night stay was amazing. Its extremely clean, well maintained and perfectly located in the heart of the city.
The restaurant in the hotel served very good food as well and was not highly priced, even though taxes were very high.

Excellent for British families with young children, we had a lovely stay. The staff were incredible, they helped our boys with their breakfasts on a morning and around the hotel. The bedding was lovely and the hotel to a very high standard. We will definitely be back.

A very quick overnight stay with my wife, on the way to the airport next morning. Very friendly staff, beautiful and very comfortable room. I will be definitely staying here again in the future, with a bit of an extended time.

This hotel seems to overbook and offer 2 star Hotel options to their guests. We stayed there in our 1st night of honeymoon, and they treated us very disrespectfully.. saying there was no room for us (we booked and payed way in avance), and ofered us 2 star Hotel, and wanted us to walk there with our bags... Omani people are very Nice and friendly... but this hotel service is terrible. Please change your GM, he is not suited for hospitality industry.

I had a confirmed booking and on the day of check-in the hotel informed me the my booking was cancelled as the hotel is fully booked!

Rooms were clean and well stocked. The hotel was great over all. It would have been nice if they had a better gym and maybe a heated pool. I happened to be there during the short period of winter in the region. The restaurant was excellent and the coffee shop out front had good treats too.

This has to be one of the best hotels in Muscat or even in the Middle East for that matter. We got a suit (2 rooms and a kitchen plus living area in the middle). It was perfect with the kids. Nice restaurants around and not far from the big shopping malls so overall 5*

The room I was assigned has a disabled toilet. There was a slight smell coming from the bathroom. Maybe that's why it sprayed lots of air freshener in the room. Other than that, all is comfortable to stay.

Requested for a basic kitchen knife 8 time to reception on phone call and 3 times directly visiting reception and got after 4 nights. Cleaning of rooms somedays they came after 5:30pm, so many more things that i don't want to add

Room size is very good, location is close to everything, the guest laundry is excellent service, breakfast buffet is ok how ever the room service menue is over priced
