The hotel is loverly, tha staff were all excellent and could not be any more accommodating. Roome very good size and modern and clean. Only problame was at check in as it took them a very long time to fimd aur reservation it did not show up under hotel.com booking, it ended up under expedia booking . Not sure if it was hotel.com fault or the hotels fault
But hotel is very good and only 50m to Chadstone center

We had a beautiful stay for my daughter’s birthday, we loved the room service breakfast and coffee! All the staff were so polite and responsive, they explained all the processes and made it all so easy for us. It’s a nice little escape and the rooms were super comfortable and elegantly appointed. Beds and pillows were just blissful! Thank you 🙏

No housekeeping done eg beds made/rubbish removed/dirty towels removed/bath mat replaced.
Bed side lights should be able to be left on whilst master lights turn off.
Needed more tea bags offered.

We loved the hotel facilities however I felt the bed a bit hard to sleep on. We were disappointed in the hotel restaurant food it was not very palatable and over priced for what we had. However the service was excellent

Room was smaller than I expected, given the price range and location and the hotel brand. Check in was quick and easy, toiletries were limited, other Sofitel offers more variety of toiletries. Breakfast is very nice and decent.

Check in was easy, the rooms are adorable and beds very comfortable. Even though there were a lot of people staying there it was nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Wanted a convenient place to stay for a trip to the Chadstone Shopping Centre. From Steven at the front desk who was so helpful and friendly, to the impeccable state of the rooms, and the wonderfully comfy bed, this is the only place I will stay when I go to Melbourne in the future. If you want cheap, go somewhere else. If you want value and pure convenience, go to the HC.

The decor is very plush but I noticed stains on carpet and upholstery. One of my towels was stained and the shower was not great: low water pressure and the showerhead was not secure.

The hotel overall was fine, we booked a room for a staycation but to find out that the pool is under maintenance.
The photos for Deluxe Room (King bed) on Expedia has also misled me to think that it has a bath tub where it does not have one, this is disappointing.

Wasn't a great experience this time (stayed their around 6 times before). Took an hour to check in. The pool was not working the whole time we were there. Had to line up for 15-20 mins to get seated for breaksfast. Overall not great.
