We stayed at the hotel for our vacation trip with our kids, front desk staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze, our room was very clean and beds were comfy. Their breakfast bar was amazing with many choices, I would stay in this hotel again if traveling.

Nice facility in a great location near grocery stores/shopping, short 15 min drive to downtown Franklin or 15-20 min to downtown Nashville. Kind staff, good breakfast options, clean pool and exercise room. We especially appreciated the free garage parking since there were storms during our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved staying at SpringHill Suites. Our room was spacious and clean. We did think the tv was in a weird spot. Although our bed was made and garbage removed everyday we had to ask to have the toilet cleaned. I thought that was weird. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning. The young man named Omar who took care of the breakfast area each morning was amazing. He was constantly cleaning and refilling everything. He did a great job. It wasn’t a bad ride into the city from here about 20 minutes. Plus it was close to many restaurants.

Great stay and comfortable beds. One exception is the design of the room to have an opaque glass door for the bathroom which is at the foot of the beds. If someone gets up while it is dark in the room, it lights up the room and disturbs the sleep of others.
There should be more cups for the Kuerig. With 6 pods and 2 cups, it is likely previous people have measured water into the coffee maker with a used cup.

It was a very nice hotel. Only one negative in our room. The toilet paper holder was broken.
Also the breakfast was poor. Soggy eggs and cold coffee

We booked a night to celebrate my niece’s 5th birthday with a few of her cousins. The girls had a great time. The pool was maybe small for some, but the perfect size for our crew. The front desk staff was so friendly. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who checked us in. She was so kind and gave each girl a little welcome bag. You’d be amazed at how excited they can get over having their own bag of snacks! The room was spacious and very clean. And the complimentary breakfast was wonderful as well. Would definitely book again!

Have stayed at this site before and it is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.

Check in staff was very welcoming. Nice size room, clean and plenty of space with interesting room layout. Nice bathroom and facilities. Much better than many other hotels we’ve staying in the last few years.

I’d like to recognize the receptionist Miki she was very hospitable and gave us a warm welcome. It was slow, so we were able to check in early. The room was overall clean. Breakfast options were not that pleasant.

Convenient location, the staff was nice. However, the room we stayed in did not have enough lighting and the bathroom door did not lock properly. It took several attempts to lock the door. The bathroom floor was a dingy gray that looked like dirty feet walk over it all day and no one bothered to get them cleaned.

It’s was a very nice hotel and room. The staff was very friendly. The only down fall was the tv didn’t work for my 7 year old

Some lights in room didn’t work. Sink didn’t drain properly and I was told we couldn’t get a room with a tub when we checked in. I had called before I booked to ask about a tub room and was told over the phone that it was no problem. That I used a third party booking site was the reason although I usually use hotels.com and other properties are able to accommodate.

Front desk staff were very, very friendly and helpful. Loved the free parking and complementary water. The rooms were very large and clean. They included all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was included and very good. They offered a waffle station, oatmeal station, hot foods with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins and bagels. We will definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff really one person but she happened to deliver same kind of service with each encounter.
She was reading a book and I had to get her attention-attitude she had very much gave off I was interrupting her.
Next I used the shower in my room and water seeped from shower all over the floor. I reported directly to the same person and no apology or empathy just said she’d let her manager know. They couldn’t repair it and the same person told me to gather my things bring them with me come back to the front desk then get the key to the new room. Absolutely no customer service skills.
Lastly, because I’m also a Bonvoy member I chatted through that APP to see if there was a late checkout available they confirmed via chat but after 11:00 checkout time they came to my door twice.
When I was really ready to checkout I did stop by and asked to speak to the manager and was told that the employee who chatted with me did it communicate the late checkout-he did at least apologize but for me it was all too little too late. I will not be returning or recommending Springhill Suites of Brentwood TN.
