Glancing at its finest and glad my friend and I chose this place. Every detail was well thought out including and outdoor area to hang your wet clothes to dry. Spacious and clean interiors including bathroom.
Pool area was always being cleaned everyday when we were here and lots of water activities. Note that every water activity is not free. Wished they had some free ones though like the slides. Spa services were good too and affordable and can be done in the room (but they’ll use the roller beds so no face hole to put your face in, which might strain your neck since you have to put it one side all the time)
Not much around to do otherwise on property so this is great for those who are just looking for a place to relax and chill by the pool, bar or in the room and around the room area. Great getaway from the hustles and bustles of the city life.

The service a bit too slow

The stay was excellent. Close to Treasure Bay for activities. Staff are super friendly and try their best to cater to your requests. Beds too soft to my liking but the design of the tent is great. Spacious. Kids love it. Restaurant quite pricey so consider to eat out.

Service was very good. Every one is genuinely polite.
Its a unique area.
The food was average.
Prices of everything are high.
But you must be prepared for this mentally before coming here.
I will come back again.

Staffs were very friendly and responsive via whatsapp. Very accommodating to requests. Place has a nice and rustic feel to it.
Maybe should have more activities available at night.
Food was unfortunately bad. After 2 meal,we ended up heading else where outside of Anmon for the rest of our meals.

Nice for just 1 night stay, but probably not for more nights. All the activities were chargeable, and quite significantly. Food options in the resort were limited as there was only 1 restaurant.

The water for shower is too weak. The cushion and tents smelt too musky and mouldy.

A simple and nice Glamping tent. This is my 3rd or 4th time going to crystal lagoon. Previously, we stayed at Canopi which is now Nate’s Bintan. The price is much steep than I stayed before. So now I chose Anmon, which is quite good too. We quickly buggied to activity centre to chope 3 scooters and hence we scoot around the whole lagoon in the three days stay. Went for two ATV ride which cost us S$265 for one hour. Ex but fun. Only Anmon has no TV, so nite time a bit bored lah. Overall, nice n relaxing trip

Love the layout and design of the property and proximity to the ferry terminal. It's a good place for a weekend getaway. Food at breakfast was good and they make an effort to have a some interesting event on weekend nights when there are more guests, like the seafood dinner and live band. The only grouse is that because it gets so hot in the day time, the tent heats up even with the aircon on at full blast. But I guess thats what you gets for a desert experience.

Everything is fine except for food. All the food is overpriced. We ordered BBQ package for 4 and the rice came undercooked also the meat are not edible except for prawn and squid. There are a lot more about food I’d like to complain but not enough space. So let me say once again. Pls pls pls improve your food. At least make it worth the money we paid for. I won’t even complain about the price since it’s a resort but at least make a nice food.

Overall experience was good.

On our second night, there was a company dinner event held right beside our tent and they had karaoke singing session. The singing noise was terribly bad and it affected our stay. It was bad because we didn’t spend $300 per room night to suffer that kind of unbearable noisy environment

the facility price a bit high.

A very mixed review. Transfer from ferry was quick and easy. The teepee tent room was beautiful and very comfortable bed. They decorated the bed for a birthday which was lovely, but forgot the cake I ordered. However, the rest of the resort was not worth the money. Food and drinks were highly priced and not high standard. 20% tax added to everything. Very hard to get waiter/waitress attention and far too hot in there. They didn’t use the pizza oven despite advertising it as ‘wood fire’. Some good cocktails but using sickly sweet cordials. The DJs were 7:30-10:30 and incredibly loud, so you couldn’t hear each other talk over dinner or in the bar. It was also too close to the outdoor movies. This was uncomfortable plastic chairs in front of a projector. The taxi service only allowed 7 seater plus which was nearly $40 for a return 10min trip into Lagoi. Spa was another tent with 2 beds in. The scrub was so dry and sore when rubbed in. The lagoon was lovely but would recommend for those happy to be around lots of children.

My first glamping experience and it exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and fit 3 of us comfortably (we had twin beds and a roller bed). Many thoughtful touches to the room - such as an abundance of charging points in different parts of the room. The resort also offered many leisure activities - we could hang out at Treasure Bay with its clean waters, or take part in activities on land (ATV), in the waters or venture out to the mangrove. Service was excellent and breakfast & tent-side BBQ were memorable meals we had. Only con is the tents are too close to each other and can be noisy at night.

The whole desert theme glamping resort is fantastic. The views, amenities and convenience is there. You do not need to step out of the resort for the weekend getaway.

Service was superb; every staff member was very friendly and accommodating and this was to me the best part of my stay. There is no tv/phone in the rooms but we can easily make requests to the front desk via WhatsApp. Because it is a glamping concept with many tents very close together, it is noisy at night so be sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom and shower were enjoyable, and we liked the small patio area outside our door too. The resort is unfortunately quite isolated so we had to depend on the resort's taxi service, which was very expensive. However, the drivers were excellent as well and we made a lot of friends over our 3 day stay. I highly recommend the cable ski at Treasure Bay!
