Great for family and adults they separate the property well enough and all round amazing experience

Lines way too long at breakfast and dinner. Not enough food for the amount of people on this resort. No one restocked the mini bar daily for water bottles as well as clean towels. Some of the staff seemed to have an attitude unless you spoke Spanish. Not going to stay at this resort again.

Great all around trip with very friendly staff. Only downfall was the slushy drinks were limited and the milk in them seemed to curdle when you didn't drink them in the first 10 minutes

I loved that it felt safe, my children enjoyed and loved it! Princess Family Club gave me the wow factor! I am looking forward to visiting it again!

Excellent experience. we had great time. Food was awesome, overall great experience.

Our ceiling started leaking and they had to move us to another room. No appology, gift, or upgrade for the trouble. Our new room was further from everything and we lost our view.

Area outside gates seemed very dirty and nothing there really. Hotel was first class though, clean, spacious, with lots of dining options and great amenities, pools, beach etc. Recommended for families

We enjoyed how quick the staff was able to help when i requested something. We enjoyed te resort itself, we werent very fond of the food over a 7 day span. The beach was a little far and they had shuttles however people are very rude and inconsiderate to families with children or strollers. The beach was beautiful though. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and it was great for our children.

I loved the hotel! I have been there with my 2 kids and they loved the kids club, the games in the pool for them, the animals. Everything amazing!

the dinning experience was not very pleasant the food was cold, and the waitress didn;t knew the menu, when we schedule a reservation for the Pescadero restaurant, we didn't get what you order. and when we told them it was the wrong order they told us thats what they had. it was very dissapointing, same thing in the bar the cocktails were not good the bartenders only know how to preapre gin and tonic and pina colada and strawberry daiquiry. just frozen drinks. they need to improve.

Where do I begin...It was a great vacation. The staff friendliness was amazing from the reception to the waiters at each restaurant. Always willing to help and went above and beyond to celebrate my husband's birthday. Wifi is really slow, so better to bring your own data service in order to access the app to book dinners and view menus.

I really did enjoy my stay at this property with my family. Jerry at reception in the family club was excellent, friendly and helpful. To be honest the property has a group of people walking around in peach color shirts from the royal family club who are solicitors and lie to you and tell you they are your personal concierge. When in all actuality they are going to personally deliver you to a sales group and sell you a family vacation club which is a scam. Don’t do it !

Staff was wonderful

I was very disappointed with my stay. Staff did not want to provide good customer service unless they were tipped even though the resort is supposedly all inclusive. The food was horrible my entire family sick vomiting and diarrhea. In the first floor hotel rooms- I witnessed one person who had diarrhea and was coming out of his pants in the hall way- another one elevated blood pressure because of the food. Spent several days inside the hotel room because of being sick. The scariest part- our last night when we were headed to bed- the wall decor fell off the wall- thank God our one year old was not laying in bed or else who knows what could have happened. Overall a family kid friendly trip- turned out to be a trip from hell. I wish we weren't even paying for it financially. This hotel should get audited- I do not recommend this place to anyone- not sanitary and horrible customer service. Again, I emphasize the food is horrible. My self and husband constant vomitt and all three kids as well.

I loved the water park, the beach and the pools

Room service and customer services staff did not do good job, they are not helpful and very slow acting when needed.Bur staff in the restaurant area is much better and friendly.

We were a party of 14 in our family. Out of the 14, 10 got diarrhea and vomit. The rest of us had to eat bread and drink sprite for the rest of the stay avoiding to get sick. Other clients also got sick. When we complained to management, they were very rude. I do not recommend this resort.

Hotel was horrible! Same limited food everyday. Pool was disgusting. Barely any internet anywhere in the hotel. Not even in the rooms. Rooms did not have a full body mirror. No room service. 2 outlets in the entire room super far from the bed. Service was horrible. I go to punta Cana every year with my family and never again are we coming to this hotel! The music was horrible, the beach was horrible. They have guards that walk around with batons intimidating you. You have to catch a train to take you to the main pool, and that’s if they have space left! 0 out of 5 stars!

My 8 year old daughter was assaulted by a waitress named Brenda in the cappuccino cafe we were assured management would be in touch about this and we are awaiting to hear back . The rest of our stay was great and this incident happened shortly before our departure . I emailed customer service as well about the incident .

The vacation got off to a bad start when the rooms we were given had no air conditioning. They spent the first day trying to fix the problem to no avail. They did move us to new rooms that had functioning air conditioning which made the rest of the vacation much better. Overall the property is very nice but the a la carte restaurants are less than stellar. One other problem is age group activities - we had a 16 yr old and 11 yr old and there were really no activities for those age groups.

When we first arrived our mini bar was empty;I had to call three times to have my mini fridge re-stocked and it took them two days to actually do it.

The property was great service was ok with a minor hiccup. Front Desk clerk Esteban was awful at providing simple service. And had an attitude I guess he feels he is untouchable because he is the oldest person with seniority. I requested to change some money in order for me to tips his fellow worker from the restaurant but to him it was like I was asking for him to go out of his way or like if I was bothering him. Front desk seen not to have enough money to exchange to the local currency. At night time the entire lobby smell bad I guest it was due to the pawns they had in the entrance. Rooms were clean. Evelyn from housekeeping was great and very helpful. The people over at the buffet were also great. The pool and the kids area closed too early they should let the kid have more playing time.

I stayed here for a week, and I love every second. The resort is so beautiful 😍. All the staff are friendly which to me is very important. The check in person Sonia was so nice and took care of us. She explained everything to us. Since it was our first time staying at a resort in the dominican republic we had our doubts. When dinner came we went to the buffet at the La Hispaniola. Papi (our sever) had great customer service. We went to that buffet every morning and we made sure we sat on one of Papi table. He already knew what we wanted to drink and when we came back from the buffet our drinks were at the tables. When we were at the water park. We would visit the bar Owsaldo immediately took our drinks and had a conversation with us. Owsaldo also made sure that my daughter did not feel felt out when it came to the drinks. My daughter wanted a frozen strawberry drink when the machine was still trying to freeze it. Owsaldo hand made it for her. Also Jose guvato that works in the steak house buffet made us feel like family! He took care of my husband. Husband didn't know what he wanted to drink and he brought him one and since then he been asking for it. I will definitely stay here again. We hardly spent time in our room since there was so much to do.

Excellent service and great food. Recommend for families with children.

They need to improve the quality of the employees. They need to know how to behave around all the guests at the hotel.
