We never really saw any employees. They were all at the adjoining hotel. The dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Some of the lights didn't work. The property is really nice just disappointed in the actual room.

Amazing my only complaint is the bathroom cleanliness there were hairs left in the shower. Some of the kitchen utensils looked very old and dirty. Everything else was perfect and the room set up was amazing. Will definitely stay again!

Great location and comfortable room, especially for longer stays.
Have always booked through hotels.com for the rewards but the new OneKey program is terrible. When I booked it reflected a price of $58 a night. The actual rate was $399! Guess who gets to explain that expense report…. make it explicitly clear what pricing is WITHOUT using your OneKey credit.

Lighting was very poor over bathroom sink and also Vanity mirror near closet area. Impossible to apply cosmetics anywhere in the apt.
Water pressure way too low. Unable to rinse shampoo out of hair. Much water wasted.
All staff really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!! Kris

Convenient location - close to restaurants and shopping.

The property is very beautiful and rooms are comfortable for extended stays. Housekeeping is not done thoroughly; specifically bathroom and kitchen. The dining area and the patio furniture need to be tidy and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from.

Nice and clean. A couple doors were very squeaky, but fixed promptly when staff was informed.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower head in Room 4024.

The only concern I had was the room smells like dog urine. Other than that everything was perfect. The staff was amazing.

Overall facility was just fine. However, they need to pay more detailed attention to the cleanliness of their rooms and the silverware, dishes and other kitchen needs provided in their groups. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher from previous occupants and silverware and dishes that were in the cupboards were still dirty and had to be washed prior to use.

The only complaint that I would have is that the kitchen floor was a bit sticky. Could have been from the cleaning solution possibly. Otherwise all was good.

Great place to stay for families! Pool was fun, breakfast had a huge selection and very friendly servers, nice lobby to have a coffee or a drink. Kitchen in rooms make it easy to eat-in for a longer stay. Close to stores and restaurants and not far from Minneapolis/St. Paul.

The room doors are steal and heavy and had very little cushion around the frame. So they slammed ahut very loudly. We were unfortunate to have a toom right by the exit. "A nice quiet corner" as the clerk stated at check-in. Not quiet at all. Doors slamming all night long. Bed sucked too.

I had the worse experience ever. We wanted to get away for Father’s Day! My kids and husband rented a very beautiful suite. We explained my son was autistic we rent hotels all the time fun thing to do with are kids and see different cities and states this time was the only worse time we had Jennifer who is a staff member was so rude to us and accused us of making noise if a child is disabled how do you stop him I was so sad they bothered us at 9:00 banging in are door like they were the cops my son gets very nervous with noise he has sensory and noise issues then they called us at 11:00pm saying there was noise there was no noise we were laying down. I decided to leave Jennifer was so rude to us never go back there they are not autism (disability)friendly

It started poorly at check in. We were checking in and I just happen to notice that there is a sign in sheet for the pool and it was totally booked. The pool was the entire reason for staying at a hotel. We have family that lives in town and we could have stayed with them, but got a hotel room so that the kids could swim. The guy at check in had no sympathy. Then when we got to the room it had a strange smell. The room was spacious and nice overall but was just shy of clean. Hair along the edge of the bathroom, shower floor looked dingy, there was a ring around the water line in the toilet, the dishwasher was full of clean dishes, etc.

Love the location. Love that the hotel is popular and still adherent to Covid policies. Will stay again.

Looks nice on the inside and outside, decent area to be around. Lot's of shopping and restaurants nearby. Looks like pretty soon it might get too busy and congested in the area though. Breakfast was a simple grab and go style. Not terrible. The pool was open. They are limiting the number of people allowed in at a time and there is a sign up sheet. We didn't use the pool or fitness center during our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I felt bad for them, they are clearly understaffed. You need to take better care of your employees if you expect them to stay. Especially during a pandemic.
I had to wait a little while for help because of this (I have worked in customer service for a long time so I completely understood it wasn't their fault) our room wasn't the cleanest. Random, little things nothing major. Walls had food(?) smudged all over them in some places. Coffee pod from previous guests still in the brewer. Bathroom had hair on the floor and gunk on the floor near the shower. Seems likes corners were cut with the cleaning process. Again, maybe you guys are running your staff ragged? Overall, our stay was pleasant but if the management doesn't start taking care of these "small" things now then they will soon turn into bigger problems that are harder to deal with in the future.

We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay that was not full of pet hair, smells etc.. as we were trying to get home and a blizzard struck. This place was excellent. Very clean, well sanitized, extremely helpful staff. I would highly recommend this facility.
