This time all was good. The service and friendly staff ensured a really nice and relaxing stay. I could relax and enjoy my scuba diving. Also, internet was working well in the room I had this time. Stayed a week.

This resort is tucked away in Diani and the perfect place for a peaceful vacation. It is clean and quiet and the staff was amazing. Enjoyed the nightly shows and how small it was making it a very intimate setting. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from commotion and relax

Check in was Unnecessarily very slow. And when we had to call the front desk for some help, they said they would be there immediately and took over 45 minutes.

Service was great, location was divine. I will note that My wife, mother, and I all had GI issues after eating the food in the cafeteria. The food all tasted great and there were many options to eat things that didn’t bother our upset stomachs.

Frequent visitor to Diani but first choice (Diani Reef Beach resort) was full. Location great part of beach. Pool big and plenty of loungers. Pool bar good for the all incl bevies. Rooms clean. But, grounds in need of a good tidy, very "rustic" vergibg on shabby. Meals were ok, but flies were plenty. Biggest let down was attitude of the gen manager , John, on my 5th night a friend drove over as we were going out for dinner..i was quite happy to pay for drinks etc but pre going out, and swim in the sea , but the GM chased us down and demanded we pay an extra night for using the facilities. Such as the sea!. It was very Falty Towers, but was complete jobs worth and vad customer relations (in the end we paid us50 so my friend could stay over in my room, originally he wanted the same rare as i had paid..to share!...nb the 50 we paid by card not cash, as the cash would have gone in his pocket...sums it up).

There was a great variety of food to choose from. Staff were great and attentive. Entertainment was great.Need more lighting around walkways as hard to see at night and had to use flashlight .

We've been to many places up and down Diani over the years, and our experience here was a 9 or 10 - absolutely delightful because of the people, the food, the all-inclusive, the gorgeous stretch of beach, the two evening dinners out by the pool under the starlight and more. The property is older and needs investment in the rooms, but the value for money was great for us. We would definitely consider going again.
