This is where I stay when I come to the Lou! It's clean, there's breakfast, the beds are comfy and I love you can now stream from your fav apps! I have OCD and a neat freak. I clean with lysol and a wipe when I travel and they are always close to perfect. Close to the Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre to walk it. Parking is super convenient although at an addt'l cost but compared to the other hotels in the area it's a still. You won't be disappointed!

Was in town for the marathon & had to be awake by 4am. Breakfast normally starts at 7am on the weekends & went down at 4 for coffee & they had bagels, muffins, OJ, bananas, & coffee for athletes. Love that they went above & beyond even by those few hours early & I know my toasted bagel appreciated the kindness shown.

We had a relaxing vacation the room was clean and a comfortable home away from home. Delicious assortment for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay was just one night but it was a nice stay. I wish there were 4 pillows per bed and that the pillows had been firmer.

Everything was fine. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only complaint is floor hasn't been vacuumed well and a soda in the lobby was $6.

We had booked an overnight stay at a different hotel months in advance only to find out, when we arrived, that it was closed for renovations! We hopped on hotels.com and found a room available at this Fairfield Inn & Suites. We arrived at 11:00AM, knowing check-in was at 3:00 but hoping we could at least use the parking garage early. Even though we booked at the last minute and they only had a handful of rooms available, they were able to let us check into our room then! It was a really nice room that was spotless. Even the remote control had been sanitized! The attention to detail really made a difference - for example, although we didn't have a "room with a view," the room had a lovely privacy screen on the window that let in the light but gave us privacy and made us feel like we were looking out onto a nice scenic view, and the TV had a nice little welcoming greeting on it, including my name. When we got to that first hotel, our hearts sank and we were sure we were either going to have to shell out a lot of money to get a room the same day OR we would have to stay in an awful place. As it turns out, we had a great experience for a great value!
