Located in Bellmead. New hotel. A little confusing to get to hotel, at first. You end up turning down a lane that doesn’t look like it leads anywhere but it does lead you to the hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager took time to come talk to us and see how our stay is going during breakfast. That was very thoughtful. Everyone was friendly.

Room was great. Very clean and quite. Breakfast area very nice and clean. Ran out of eggs but no worries because they had other things and that was enough. Will definitely stay again.

I like the location. Its close to everything and right on the expressway and the price was right. Hotel was very well kept, clean, etc.

We had booked a room with a king bed but were given a room with two queen beds and told the king rooms were all booked the day before and yet we had booked a week prior?? We were told to speak with the manager in the morning and he told us it was the fault of hotels.com as they book runs without knowing what’s available. However, this is the first time this has happened in the past 3 years of travel using hotels.com or similar apps. Of note, before the manager could speak the day desk staff admitted it was goes fault and he overbooked! There were other things wrong but main one was no king bed and manager denying wrong doing.

Room was very nice. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Only thing was we had no hand soap when we arrived.

friendly staff, clean place
never got a check in email so could not check in till we arrived late at night but we had no issues.
I didnt know until later that 3rd party bookings dont always get priority so we could have had an issue if the rooms were full since we had to be at a wedding at 2, but things worked out fine. Maybe a blanket for the pull out bed since we only had a sheet.

There was rust in the shower in the bathroom and there was a sign in the elevator directing guests to bring dirty towels to the front desk instead of a staff person collecting them from the room.

We were met hy the kondest front desk staffer. The entire facility was spotless and stylish. Our room was extremely well-appointed and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with good lighting. I appreciated the attached baskets to hold items within the shower. I utilized the gym which was also well-appointed with multiple cardio machines and a plethora of free weights including medicine balls and kettlebells. We were heading to a breakfast, so dod not partake of the complimentary fare, but I did glance at it and found it to be more tha satisfactory with mini waffles, quiche, sausage, bacon, etc. This was a top-of-the line stay and within a very reasonable cost. Well done!

The hotel is clean with courteous and friendly employees. The breakfast could be better - too much microwaved stuff. The room was nice with a full kitchen. Overall, a really nice hotel.

Property location was difficult to drive to as we approached from the southeast part of Waco. Frustrating.

Everything was perfect till I got in the shower and the shower curtain has mold, not good.

The hotel is outdated and in bad shape . Walls are dirty , chairs falling apart , overall bad condition. Breakfast was very good . People at the front desk are helpful .
I will not stay here again.

It was new but felt like a drug rehab housing place with many families not tending to their children in the common areas. The property will be trashed within a year.

Came to stay at this property for work, but could not perform work tasks due to Ethernet/high speed internet out of service in the room. No room changes or refunds

I slept so well, their beds were super comfortable!

They have to do better with the cleaning especially, the bed sofas ours had dog hair and food crumbs up under the sofa bed itself, but also up under the mattress of the sofa bed. Hotels are very expensive, not to have your stay feel comfortable. I understand staff is short, that still doesn't excuse the 3 mins it would have took to vaccum.
