Clean, well serviced & great location

Ideally located for riverside walks, public transport and tourist tours. Perth is a fabulous place to visit. The hotel breakfast dining area has great views of the harbour as did our room.

Very disappointed I have stayed in a lot of places around the world and for the price of this hotel I was disappointed the room was lovely and clean but the bathroom was like a hospital, with all the rules for wheelchair access it was like staying in one not something I like, the bedroom was beautiful the bed was very comfortable but one chair? No coffee table not comfortable and one office chair that scared the crap out of me when I lent back? The worst thing was that I had to park at the city parking up the road and walk my luggage up the street, on arrival the staff were fantastic and I unloaded at the entrance and they help by taking the luggage to the room, on departure who cares I will never stay here again the parking up the street cost me $24.00 and the city of Perth wouldn’t except any less as I had arrived at 16:15 and departed at 11: 30 and I understand some things have changed here in Australia but at the price of this hotel breakfast cost another $70 on top of the $300 total cost of stay became $394 nearly a $100 more than promoted however based on the convenience of the location the beauty of the surrounding area we overall enjoyed our stay but I definitely wouldn’t recommend taking your car, especially if it’s worth anything, and if you want to sit anywhere other than in bed take your own chair and coffee table, I would rather stay in an air B&B and travel into the city next time cheers

We only stayed for 1 night and certainly wish it was longer. Our room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly & welcoming, hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant with a beautiful view over the river.

A1 experience! great staff, especially the restaurant/breakfast team.

Spent $3330 on five nights, room had a fantastic view with bizarre choice of desk blocking it. just means you have to rearrange everything to an appropriate layout. No decent table to eat at. Housekeeping very basic ( towels and teabags/ milk if you’re lucky) Only found one staff member ( rooftop) who seemed to have any kind of grasp on hospitality and what it entails. No ability to watch your own streaming ($34 for 24hr movie channel) Very minimal internet before you had to pay, you had to ask for mini bar, then had the choice of two packages but no choice of what it was in it, repeatedly had to ask for things like soap to be replaced, I could go on but I won’t. Choose this one for view only.

Walkability to Perth CBD was great. Great views of the Swan. Clean and safe, family friendly area - lots to do during Christmas break when we visited (mini carnival). Small water park and play park for kids. Short walk for good coffee (Post or Petition). Avoid Milky Lane downstairs. Terrible service.

Restaurant is reasonably priced. View from the pool is beautiful.

This hotel is well situated at Barrack Square with lots of eateries around it. I like particularly the nearby CAT bus which is free for all to move around the CDB. We booked a waterfront view room and was not disappointed at all though it was on the third level and the room was very spacious. We informed hotel that we were celebrating our 25 anniversary and were given chocolates and a bottle of wine! If we ever return to Perth this hotel will be our first choice

The dining and beverage facilities were fantastic and the guest pool was magnificent. Rooms/beds very comfortable and clean.

Reception staff are not friendly

Food and location.

No parking. A parking station half a kilo down the road. had to wait 15 mins for a space. $1 per hour. Bed linen wasn't changed in the three nights we were there. Only a dooner on the bed, no top sheet, blanket. Very hot.

It was noisy due to a band playing outside the gardens across the road. Hotel did not have it's own parking and breakfast did not open till 630am which was too late for me with an early start for work

We were very pleased with room. Took panoramic view. Room small but had all we needed. Great position. Restaurant food very good and great roof top bar. Took cold to sit outside when there. Recommend this hotel and will return.

Nice location lovely hotel only negative is lack of parking and minimal drop off facilities at front door meaning a long walk from cark parks etc with baggage etc . Not great for older customers .

Lovely hotel, great food and amazing views. Only downside is there is no parking at the hotel. Otherwise highly recommended staying here
