I appreciate with my new friend Cindy who worked hard herself without back up. She told me it happens I want to tell you one thing about no space parking except valet take care of my car to pay 15$ overnight. I see. It is new to me

I booked this hotel near the airport for myself and my 3 children for convenience since we had an early return flight the next day. I was surprised how unsafe the area was. I needed to fill my rental car with gas before returning it and had to go to multiple gas stations before finding one where my car wasn’t immediately approached by aggressive panhandlers. The valet parking attendants at the hotel were incredibly welcoming & helpful. Although the hotel was very close to the airport, I will not be staying again.

The first room we were assigned was some one else’s room. Yes!!! Our key card let us into the room and we saw quickly that it was occupied already as there belongings were everywhere. Not a great start to our experience at the hotel and safety was a major concern after that.

Everything was great except the sink faucet just had a trickle of water - even full on. Other than that the hotel rates a five star.

Neighborhood is somewhat run down but the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were tired from a lengthy international flight and soon as we had a quick dinner up the street, we settled in for the night. The shower was spacious and the bathroom was itself larger then most hotels that we have stayed at. The mattress and the pillows were incredible. We both got a good night's sleep. In the morning the shuttle service was very good and on time. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked me and we certainly will stay there again.

Room and hotel lobby was clean and inviting. My only comment to note is about parking. There is only valet parking available at $15 per night. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Was in town for a funeral. Booked a stay at a condo down the street thru our travel club, but the place was not up to par. We abandoned that place(losing over $400-no refunds). We booked a room for the two nights with Tru for another $400. We knew we wouldn’t have to worry about the quality of a Hilton property and it held Tru to form. It was well worth spending the extra money for peace of mind! Thanks Hilton for being consistent in your product. Well done

The hotel is basic, but it was clean. We were at front of hotel and could hear ALL the traffic during the night. We had flown in from west coast, so long travel day. Tried to go to bed about 9:30, but could hear people in room next to us, a party. We gave it awhile and finally called front desk about 11:15 and then again at 11:45 (and it was getting louder). At that point someone came up and talked to them and we could hear people leaving afterwards. Why do people think it’s ok to do that in a small hotel room? Needless to say, it wasn’t a great night of rest. There were 4 other rooms booked for our group and the next morning we were off for the cruise port. We were able to book a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port, $15 each. Worked out great. We also enjoyed the 3 Sons Brewery down the road, 10 min walk.

The room was clean with an immaculate king sized bed. The view was not the best however, I did not stay here to stay in my room. I checked in late in the evening. I did not take advantage of the 24 hour gym since I drove 216 miles to stay here after work. However, the 24 hour gym sounded great. They offered a breakfast at the lobby which was decent. There was fresh fruit, various fruit juices, scrambled eggs with sausages, freshly made pancakes, cold cereal, muffins, english muffins, bagels and coffee. The breakfast was offered from 6:30-9:30 am and on weekends from 7-10 am. Friendly staff and clean room. Convenient location (DANIA BEACH) near the airport, cruise ship port and various eateries nearby.

The hotel was ok for a night stay. I travel alot for work and I don’t think this will be a hotel I return too. There was a humidifier in my room that was so noisy. I turned it off but turned it back on right away. I wasn’t sure what would happen it I leave it off for too long.

My wife and I enjoyed our overnight stay. The hotel is very nice, very updated and new, very friendly people to deal with and their airport shuttle service was excellent. We will definitely consider staying there again if we are traveling to Fort Lauderdale.

This hotel offers a free shuttle from the airport; however the shuttle driver never came to get us from airport. Called the hotel three times to ask about shuttle. The representative talked over me and would not let me explain the situation. Then I was transferred to the shuttle driver who hung up on me. Once in the room, the toilets did not flush completely. Terrible experience.

We arrived to find out this is not a double room King as advertised. We had to get a two queen room. Tru gave us a discount for the less expensive room but Hotels.com did not.

The people who helped us with our Expedia issue were amazing. While we had a reservation through Expedia it wasn’t showing up at the Hotel. The staff at Tru we more patient then we were. 100 Stars✨✨

First time I ever saw a hotel room with NO PICTURES on the walls. Sheets very worn. Nice size bathroom. Airport not far away and airport shuttle was convenient. Fish Grill one block away, doesn’t look like much from the outside, but was excellent.

Staff was very nice and friendly, room was clean and cool decor throughout. Breakfast was great and valet parking was quick and easy. Only suggestion is to set the water temp higher, shower never got quite hot enough. There is nothing in the immediate area but for a late night arrival from the airport before heading out to a resort, it was a perfect choice. Would visit again.
