Fairly new facility, well maintained and clean. Excellent breakfast and a comfortable room and bed. We stayed for the one night to rest from a cross country drive. It was perfect for what we needed.

Really nice hotel for an overnight stop on the way home. Room was updated and comfortable, breakfast was very good. This was our third stop in lake city on our way north and will definitely stay there again

Staff and location were great! Only concern was that only one elevator was in use. It was ok for us, but we could see with familes leaving with luggage it might be problematic.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable and great location for a quick stop on the road. my only complaints were the paper thin walls where I could here TV till 2 am. And the lobby ladies room during breakfast was out of all paper products and soap. Just an FYI there is also no hairdryers in the room any longer. I don’t mind, but it would’ve been nice to know in advance since I ran down and got mine out of the car.

The sheets were very rough. The whole thing was full of those little rough piles that are collected on clothing/sheets that have been used/washed too many times. Made for a very rough sleep.
Woke up to ants in the bathroom and we didn’t even have anything in the bathroom.

Our sink was clogged, the refrigerator didn’t work (we had things that required refrigeration.) Springs were protruding from one of the mattresses. They did send a maintenance person who unclogged the sink and said that the refrigerator just “wasn't turned on” however after 3 hours, it was still at room temperature. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved to another room and they said that in the morning I could come to the front desk and they could see if they could move us for our already booked second night. I asked if I could just get a refund for the second night and book another hotel. They said that I would have to call the company I booked the room through. Eventually they did refund the room through the company I booked with. Thankfully!

We stayed there for five days and we enjoyed the stay. Their pool is warm. The food was hot. The staff was friendly. We would stay here again. It’s located by a lot of restaurants and it’s pet friendly. Although we didn’t travel with a pet.

The shower could use some attention to get rid of mold in trim. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

The room was clean and nice. The major problem was the noise that occurred all hours of the night. If buffer pads could be put on the doors..? The people on both sides of us left between 3-4 am and they shut/slammed their doors at least 4 times each. If there was some type of pad to prevent the metal doors slamming against the metal door frames, it would improve the quality of sleep for all the neighbors on the floor. Same with our bathroom door that was on an angle. We found ourselves shutting the door and slamming it because it was not a straight wall, but angled. A buffer pad/spacer could have helped in that situation as well. The breakfast was ok but lacking in pasteries, muffins, etc.

We stayed here one night after a trip to the beach. Room was clean and spacious with plenty of plugs and USB ports. The indoor pool was my daughter's favorite and it was clean and very warm (almost hot tub like). We overall enjoyed it and would stay again.

Only issue was that the safety bar in the tub was loose, which seems to be a common problem. The tub wall was slightly lower & the toilet was elevated height, which is nice for people with mobility issues.

On the plus side the room was clean and the staff was friendly. On the negative side there was a lot of noise from the road and the hallway. Our room was fairly close to the elevator and we could hear the elevator ding and noise from people talking in the hallway. We could also hear the people in the room next to ours.

Very nice hotel except pool is closed ( which is why I chose this place) and construction workers were sitting in back lot eating and loud talking right below our window til 9:30 ish . On a bright side breakfast was great!

I am asleep. Then something crawled on my hand. I woke up, turned on the light and saw that it was a cockroach, and it was still on my hand. You can't imagine how deep my psychological shadow was. I didn't sleep all night. My head is full of cockroaches

We booked and paid for this in advance. Specifically requested two beds, non-handicapped room. Were first given a one bedroom room. When we went back to reception she said we paid for one bed. I showed her our reservation to the contrary. She then said the only thing she had available was a handicapped room!!!! There were only two bath towels in the bathroom.
The hotel itself is only 3 years old so it was a nice fresh, clean hotel.
Breakfast was the usual cereals, bagels, coffee, etc.

The area felt very safe. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Everything was clean.

First room had stains all over the sofa chair the side of the bed rails had stains. Around the ac had dirt and spider webs and dead bugs. Shower had stains in the shower and soap build up all over. Took pictures down to the front desk and the young lady was awesome and moved me to another room but that room the light around the tv did not work. Stains on the sofa chair soap build up in the shower. Highly disappointed specially this hotel is fairly new since 2020.

This hotel was in a convenient location near many restaurants. Many within walking distance. Breakfast had many good options and was well stocked.

The stay was good for 1 night. Room was clean and most everything was as it should be. The room did have some loose power receptacles but that is the same as any hotel. (should buy hospital grade receptacles).
Pool was clean and accessible but smaller than the pictures showed.
Great stay and was near everything that we would need. Great selection of restaurants.
