And She arranged us on the second floor. But in the evening we I took my dog ​​for a walk, pasted front desk another staff stoped us checked my room number and told us that we shouldn’t in second floor. She was in bad attitude. I think the staff made mistakes, it was not my fault. You cannot question me. I don’t like this attitude. She should say sorry to us first and correct it. And Second day the hotel recharge more $100 for deposit. They hold the deposit two times for$200, One day later after check out, The hotel charged me $25 for pets staying, only released $100 deposit. They still hold $100 deposit now . I don’t understand what is mean. Looks like the management is not in order. And there was a cleaner’s cloth in the sink. When I went in the room. One more problem is that the next day, we haven't checked out for breakfast yet, but when I returned to the room, someone was already cleaning my room, as if I had already checked out, and pulled my luggage aside. My personal things was in room She should know I had not check out. Why did he pull my luggage aside? I had to put my personal things together again. Great Stay!

Had a late check in, clerk was very nice and welcoming. 4 of us in a suite with hide a bed. Very clean and eco friendly. Nice breakfast included with staff very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We wanted to be close to the Key West Express ferry terminal for an early departure the next day. It is 8 minutes away and an easy route to get there.

This place was an AMAZING spot!! We only stayed for 2 nights but I cannot say enough good about our entire stay. Everything was tip top and the “breakfast included” was insane!!! There was sooo much food and so many choices and it was delish!!! The little pancake maker has made me love pancakes again. The Bacon!! Yes Bacon was soo good and it was like a dream - a whole bucket full!!! Don’t ever tell the cook that her bacon is “burnt”😂😂 My 1 and only complaint was the rugs,they have floor partial way in room then rug. I personally do not like the rugs in rooms cuz no matter how much cleaning they always seem to stink. Amazing place and super friendly We would recommend and will stay again!!!!

Check in was smooth, beds were comfortable, shower was nice and the breakfast was great! It was a good location restaurants and Walmart down the road.

Comfortable and clean

It is new and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was good as well, Walmart and few local restaurants are neae by. The negative- Not SmartTV, you can only watch live TV. The AC is quite loud and it might have been just our room but the bathroom vent was not working.

The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh and the staff (especially housekeeping) was attentive and friendly. The person in charge of breakfast kept the area stocked and clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
