Clean but beds were not queen but double. Pillows flattened quickly. Bathroom toiletries in big family size bottles without being locked in wall to prevent tampering so no use. Brought my own. Very small bath mat. Very low tub so if you are person wanting a bath it would take a lift to get you out. Husband didn’t sleep at all which kept me up with his tossing and turning.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It only rates 3 stars because the toilet was running, the sink drain was slow, and the shower diverted did not fully work

Perfectly comfortable stay. I love the selection of pillows and soft bed. Everyone was very kind! Breakfast had a good selection and everything was clean. But it was COLD so COLD in breakfast room! Will stay again!

Long story short-
Hotel reservation system put us in wrong room, but created a working key and personnel welcome message on tv monitor.
Hotel employee wakes us at 1am to tell us we should not be in this room.
We don't sleep. We request refund from Hotels.com.
Hotels.com says we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager"
Property manager says "Hotels.com did not contact us."
Someone is not telling the truth. We have not received a refund.

Well Hotels.com sold me a room that wasn’t available. So I’m done using them. Now I’m fighting to get my money back.
The hotel was very accommodating and got me a room at the same cost. Service was excellent.

We come around 6 pm and instead of welcome the desk person let us know one elevator is not working, consequently each time we need it to use took a lot of time. No coffee in the lobby. The room was Ok, but very cold service, felt not welcomed.

The main reason we chose this place is that the website says they have a heated pool. That is false. They have an indoor pool, but neither the room or the pool is heated. We had two very disappointed kids. Also, false advertising.
Our upstairs neighbors were very loud. Sounded like they were doing gymnastics until midnight. Clearly not much soundproofing between floors. Also, the doors were heavy and springloaded so they slammed loudly when opened. All night long doors were slamming up and down the hall.
At least the beds were comfortable.

The Front desk & cleaning staff was Great! Quick check in! The only complaint that I have is that the walls are VERY THIN so if your neighbor watches late night tv or etc expect to hear the whole ahow

I can't really rate our stay because we did not actually stay at this property. I pretty quickly realized that when I went to check in that I was at the wrong Fairfield Inn, about 20 miles south (thank you GPS!). Because I had booked within 72 hours they would not honor my request for a refund even though I did choose to stay at the Fairfield Inn that I was at. The Fairfield inn in Wilson, was clean and comfortable. The night staff was meh. The woman who did the breakfast though was great!

I travel year round as Expedia knows very well based on thousands of dollars of stays this was by far the worst experience after 12 hrs driving I got to the hotel got keys went to room 416 and found door 🚪 open and beds completely undone blankets on the floor had to sleep in top of the bed with my cloths on

We stayed in a suite for one night to break up a long drive. The room size was good and beds were comfortable. The air conditioning took forever to cool off the room even when set to 66.
The carpet had a hole in it and we found the remains of a previous guest’s chicken tenders on the carpet and my husband found a dead roach by the ice machine. It was a one and done hotel for us. Was very surprised given the other reviews.

I ended up not staying. When I arrived to check in, one staff member confirmed my reservation. She then hesitated and called over for her co-worker. They kept saying "we can switch it. Oh, no we can't." Finally the first one said they didn't have Queens left only a King but they couldn't change it. No further explanation was given until I asked "So I can't stay because you don't have a room? I just need a bed for my son and I." Person #2 then said "We can't change it because you booked third party. You have to call Expedia." That's it. They only had a more expensive room I didn't need. I had to take care of the issue with Expedia and found another location. The ladies didn't apologize for the confusion nor offer help. This was all at 11pm, after a 10-hour drive.

Our room was very nice & all of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The breakfast selections were nice. The bed was on the soft side; still a nice bed, I just prefer a firmer mattress. Otherwise, a great stay.

Not even a clock in the room. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping did not come a single time despite requesting service. Needed extra towels and bedding because no bedding was provided for pull out sofa which was all springs and very uncomfortable and the mattress was extremely stained. Upon requesting extra towels and bedding and pillows I was told I had to go to the front desk to get myself. No pillows were available anyway so had nothing for the sofa bed. Requested toiletries that were either unavailable or not provided. No water coffee tea available in lobby other than breakfast time. No vending machines only extremely overpriced provisions in lobby. Service was friendly but that was the only positive. Otherwise paid an expensive price that I could have probably had a much better experience for somewhere else. No clock no bedside night tables, app that is supposed to easily make requests etc. was worthless. Refrigerator did not ever so much as get cool. Stained rug….I paid about 1200 for the stay. Never again.
