Very clean and welcoming. Suite gave a family of four room to move about more. Nice indoor pool. Housekeeping staff very responsive to our requests. All employees very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, great location and staff was very friendly. Small issues like pool not available (closed for maintenance) and coffee running out each morning during breakfast. But, overall a very comfortable stay, close to many distilleries and great restaurants. Would recommend if you are in town.

Loved everything about our stay. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is the pillows were awful. Neck was hurting from sleeping on them.

The hotel was very quiet and in was clean and check in was easy and he was very friendly.
A couple of things that could have been better are the beds and pillows. Also the food needed more variety.

The desk clerk was VERY HELPFUL with information about rare bourbons I was trying to purchase. Pointed me in the right direction for the next day. So grateful he inquired and helped!

This property was fairly new and was very surprised how clean it was.
Staff was friendly but did not bill correctly --billed too much for the price that it was supposed to be, hopefully it will get corrected.

Very clean and new looking property. Nice workout facility. Technology expedited the check in process and basically checked out within seconds. Great stay, nice people.

Everything was great. Very clean with comfortable beds. Only issue was a severe lack of water pressure in my shower, which none of our other parties staying there experienced.

The current staff is fantastic. However, when an elevator quits, it takes DAYS to get it fixed. This has happened to us on other stays.

Very hard mattress. Both husband and I woke up during the night due to hard mattress with our bones hurting. Otherwise, everything else great.

Very nice property. Only issue we had was very noisy neighbors in adjoining room late at night and very early morning. We called the front desk to notify them but no change. I did mention to the staff in the morning when we checked out and they apologized but we weren"t offered any relief. Other than that a good place to stay.

The power was out for four hours because of weather (nobody's fault), so we could not use all the facilities.
Two things we didn't like - thin walls and flowery shower gel.
Two things we did like- Comfortable bed and friendly staff who tried to make the best of a bad situation.
P.S. You should invest in some flashlights.

Room was clean, very poor design of room and lighting was dim. The room had very few outlets, it was difficult to have access to them for medical devices that we needed to use. The bed was ok but other than a chair at the desk (which was very uncomfortable) there was nowhere to relax other than sitting on the bed.
Would not stay again…over priced.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was terrible. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The only chair in the room was also very uncomfortable.

Incredible room, lots of space! The one downside was the bed - it was basically the equivalent of sleeping on a board with a sheet over it. Ouch!

Very nice staff the lady whl checked us in was so nice. And in the am my daughter wanted to do breakfast so bad that all she talked about all night. She woke up like 5 min before it closed . We go down there as they were cleaning up the stuff .my daughter was upset but understood. As we were walking in the i asked the lady if they were done she said it just ended., but got my daughter cereal and bacon . She was so happy she went upstairs to tell wife when we were done. It was so nice of that lady wish i got her name so you all know who its was.
