Everything just seemed difficult and no one on staff was super helpful. We also arrived for a funeral and the owner had said we could check in early and then did not allow it. We were only there for 18 hours so that was incredibly frustrating.

Check in was horrible. Rude staff. When i booked i did not realize that i was bookong a bnb ans not a hotel. This resort has both hotel and bnb.
So when we got into our room..it was dirty.mold in bathroom. Sand in carpet.
The beds were horrible. Like cardboard
When i called to ask for a room change they told me thatbi need to ckntact whoever i booked with and that bnb is out of their control. I contacted expedia and they apparently contacted the owners who basicly said too bad and that if we wanted to leave we will still be charged full price

The property is convenient to many things however one side of the property backs onto a very busy feeder road to Hallendale beach and unfortunately our room on the 6th floor is at the same level as the road. Hopefully the traffic will slow down during the night.

This property far exceeded my expectations for the price and based on the photos and reviews! Super clean, and the concierges were super friendly and helpful!

The room was not fully cleaned. Both beds had hair in them. I requested a refund and it was granted. I found another place to stay.

Terrible experience.. when arrived i found out my reservation was canceled whitout any notice.. so because was late they offered me one expensive room..where the bath sick was damage, the kitchen power plugs didnt work, we requested extra blankets and towels, no provided becauses the housekeeping was closed. We have to called maintenance in order to fix the problems in the apartment. Parking expensive and no other alternative close by.

Checking in was complicated being that they emailed from another party some form which we were never sent till day of flight.
Bed was broken and were told needed to call another person to get it fixed so we had one broken bed throughout our stay.

The stay here was horrible and would NOT recommend this place! It is privately owned and is NOT an actual hotel!! We were asked when we would arrive so they could have the room ready, when we got there, they could not find our reservation. We tried calling the owner over and over and they NEVER picked up! When they finally found our room information, the room was NOT ready and we had to wait and hour and a half to get into the room. When we got into the room we dropped off our stuff and left to eat. When we got back to sleep and shower, the shower didn’t work, the bed sheets had brown stuff ALL over BOTH beds!! We called and asked for new sheets and was told “they don’t provide them” we asked for the shower to be fixed and they did not fix ANYTHING!!! Thank goodness we were across from Walmart and we bought our own bed sheets and showered at a friend’s house every night we where there. I’ve never been so ready to leave from vacation before in my life!!!

Property was very spacious and well priced. I was happy with that, however, my husband had to fix small things in the bathroom and master bedroom and the times we called maintenance no one showed. Only time we were assisted was when our second room had to be opened, because of course it was also locked when we arrived. Additional towels would’ve been nice too for three days. I wouldn’t mind staying in this hotel again but I’d definitely book through the hotel and not through the host.

Communication was terrible. We needed new towels, called like 7x got the voicemail or the call center and no one was there. You don’t go thru the hotel for my room. I guess it is owned by a private owner and not the hotel. I called front desk/house keeping several time and was told I have to reach out to the owner. The hair dryer didn’t work. I again tried to reach out again. No response the 4d I was here. Other than the communication issue it was alright. No microwave in the room.

I thought Stephen was a star but he completely and totally lied from us.
My heavily pregnant wife and I went to their "suite" and it was *nothing* like in pictures. We asked to be placed on a lower floor, but the view was totally different and the room was 10x crappier than it looked in pictures (had a broken fridge for example).
They also lied about the free parking - it was on-street and hardly free as you would need to pay when you get towed.
We thought Stephen was our savior, but unfortunately he was anything but. He said we would get a refund. We left promptly and paid for a more expensive hotel.
When we got home they said: loljkjk, and refused to provide our refund.
They are thieves and liars and you should avoid them like COVID-19.

Upon arrival, I was told that the front desk could not check me in without an authorization form from the owners. There was never any authorization form sent to me, so the front desk then had to try and contact someone directly to email it over. After getting the authorization form sent and having to try and fill it out, that process took another 45min to an hour, which you can imagine is beyond inconvenient after coming from a long flight, especially when this form should’ve been sent to me beforehand. So I was finally able to check in to my room and to my unpleasant surprise, the room was in terrible condition. Along with the many issues this place has, like the horrible communication (there is no direct host or onsite concierge you can contact) and a piece of the balcony window being completely detattached from the wall (I had to hunt down maintenance to fix this, but why was a whole window piece dettached from the wall in the first place?), during my stay I had to deal with bugs (yes bugs), dents/stains on the walls, chipping paint in the entire bathtub, and a dirty stained bathmat (yes they rented it with the place in this condition). Once I was finally able to get in contact with someone from their customer service line the next day, I explained all the issues and was told that they were so sorry and that they’d be looking into compensation for my stay. Fast forward two weeks later, did not receive any refund or any update from them. Would never recommend this place.

The room was exquisite however the part that made the stay less pleasant was the elevator situation. For a building that has 25 floors, it doesn’t not make sense to only have 2 elevators. The wait time to go up or down was always over 10 minutes. That’s extremely disappointing

I booked for 2 rooms with kitchen for 8 people. My family and I were booked into 2 rooms on separate floors with no kitchen. I requested to have my family moved from the lower floor to the higher floor with kitchen and connecting rooms. We were only accommodated with kitchen on lower floor and family still separated. I choose not to move from higher floor because of the view. One member moved to another hotel because she was unhappy with hotel level. In her words it was too ghetto for her to remain there. Also hidden charges, such as, parking. Who knows what else we will be charged with. I asked for 2 sets of bedding for my family which was never delivered. When my family moved to the kitchen room, I was called about missing comforters. I explained about the 2 sets of bedding we ordered and was told that they will send over 2 sets of sheets -- I said since we used the comforters already it will be returned but then I wasn't sure if we had the comforters or not. It was expensive staying at a hotel that charges for TP; paper towels (more hidden charges)

Everything was broken in our room including a balcony door that was wide open during our entire stay. This is not a hotel but privately owned units with management off site. No one to address our concerns during 4 night stay. Stay away.

This property is in its own enclave, so when they charge you $35/night for valet, it’s not in front of the hotel, you need to drive to a 3rd floor of parking lot and leave the car there for the valet to park it literally 3 ft away. $35 for that is absurd.
Room key didn’t work twice. Once they changed the key cards, the second we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up.
The walk to front desk is long, you come out if one building and have to go to the next. And even then they can’t help you with anything regarding the unit, ours smelled like pee, they gave me a number to call. No help. No one gave a piss about our problem.
Stay away! It’s cheap, yes! But not worth it!

The descriptions of the rooms aren’t clear. I thought I booked a room with the kitchen and living room and when I got there my room didn’t have a kitchen or living room. They offered to upgrade me for around $100 or more and instead of being on the 21st floor they wanted to put us on the 4th floor which is a total downgrade. On top of all the disappointment with the room I never got my security deposit back. I’m still working on it. I barely used this room so there is no reason why I wouldn’t get my money back. The place is nice but the service sucks! My room phone also didn’t work what so ever. It was hard to get in contact with the front desk too. I didn’t enjoy my experience. The best part was the view from the balcony. If they didn’t have that my trip would of been ruined.

All of the rooms in the suite was spacious, it had a king size bed, full size kitchen appliances, the paintings on the walls was very nice, the whole set up was very accommodating!
