got to the room and it smelt terrible. Not cleanly whatsoever, we even found feces in the toilet. we payed the stay and left.

Very nice staff but rooms and hotel are a little run down.
The toilet in the first room we got did not work so we were moved to the room next door after the first night.
First room: smelled like cigarettes, uncomfortable beds (old mattresses).
Second room: much better!
Breakfast was very basic, no eggs and bacon or other fancy stuff but it still did the job for me and my two kids traveling with me.

Actually, this hotel is two star, not three or four star hotel. It's motel, not a hotel.
The room with two queen beds were very small and not suitable for families with children.
The sink was next to the room door.The breakfast dishes were disposable and of poor quality.
I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, good for price. Breakfeast is a little minimal. Got waffles which is plus but no cooked eggs sausages or bacon. The bathroom door in our room was broken when we got there. Did not close or lock. Otherwise rooms are clean and comfy

Very clean and spacious room. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of options including waffles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted a place to rest for a few days and it was the best. Very quiet and tranquil. Merci beaucoup.

In my opinion, the complimentary breakfast was very poor in terms of options (there were no hot dishes). Also, the breakfast area seemed very small for the number of guests who were there at the same time.

Was lots of construction going on had limited doors to use to get to the room. Should have been warned about this before my arrival.

The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast--continental--was provided in a fairly large room and there was good variety. The staff there were friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options nearby, of all different styles.
Housekeeping staff obviously know their business as the room was very clean.
Our only serious complaint was that the mattress sagged and had little padding, leading to a very poor night's sleep. A secondary issue was the lack of good lighting for reading at night. Other than that, a pleasant experience in a pleasant city.

Hotel with the most friendly and super kind staff. Really exceptional degree of hospitality and kindness. Welcoming gentleman at the reception, amazing female owner and all staff interactions were 10 out of 10.

The one bed was extremely squeeky. The cleaners came in our room when we had a do not disturb sign on the door while we were away. We also found it strange to have the bathroom sink outside the bathroom, but this is small potatoes. In end had 2 terrible sleeps with the bed that could likely be hard next door, and had to leave early.

The hotel and staff are great. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and speak English. Breakfast is good with boiled eggs, waffles, muffins , tea and coffee. Free parking on site. Swimming pools are not heated but they are clean and well maintained.

The staff was very friendly Loved the all inclusive breakfast. Had a lot of fun in the outdoor pool. Very close to Granby zoo The beds where a bit hard but all in all we enjoyed our stay

I liked the location,I didn't like the missing light bulb in the room and spotted carpet.

The location is very good if you are going to the Granby Zoo. The room was pretty clean and somewhat updated. The air conditioning wasn’t the best. It was quite loud and took a while to cool the room. Some of my family members didn’t sleep well through the night, because the room was too warm. I wasn’t very impressed with the gentleman who greeted me at the reception desk. I felt spoken down to. My credit card was recently compromised due to a scam and my new card hadn’t arrived in time for the trip. For this reason, I had to use another method of payment and was treated poorly because of it. It wasn’t the greeting I would have liked after driving a full day to get there. I would only stay there again if there wasn’t anything else available at a similar rate.
