We very upset because were up because heard yelling outside in parking lot at 3:50am than a lot of cops and ambulance. A girl seemed to be in bad shape after a fight broke out. Ruined our sleep and stay after that. Mad too spend all that money for that to happen and hotel didn’t say sorry or offer anything. We are Hilton rewards members too.

The room was comfortable, modern but not cold, with the HVAC already set to "perfect." The check-in was easy and the check in person was polite. Also, the breakfast had a variety of healthy, protein-rich items, and it was tasty.

We got there at 3 for check in and they told us it would be a little bit but we were welcome to wait. I asked how long it would be and they said they would check with housekeeping. Mind you we had a sleeping two year old we were trying to get in bed. They didn’t ask housekeeping and eventually we went back to our car to wait. 5:30 they finally called us saying they had a room ready. The breakfast was also freezing cold.

Easy access to the highway and hotel was easily accessible. The main entrance doors are locked at night and you need your room key to gain entry. I liked that feature a lot!

We stayed one night. The hotel was newer, very clean with a modern feel. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Close to Providence. We had a great sleep. What's not to like?

We’ve stayed here multiple times when we visit the area. It’s a great property. Close to everything, it’s very clean and modern. The breakfast service is excellent in the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

No maid Svc on the weekend. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Toilet seat was broken. Awoke with blackened mucus from air conditioning.

This hotel went above my expectations. The room was extremely clean, I almost wasn’t expecting all the breakfast options in the morning. All around great experience and I would absolutely stay again.

Check-in staff were efficient and pleasant. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. My only suggestion is, when you remodel bathrooms, please make your toilets higher and grab bars by toilet and in shower area need to be placed for a seniors needs of safety and ease of getting on/off the toilet. and in and out of shower. Those were our only problems. Oh, check the shower heads. Either replace or clean as spray could not be altered. Breakfast great and coffee good!

Our Stay was wonderful. They only complaint was the pool was not very clean. There was hair floating in the pool. Possibly the filter was not cleaned properly.

Hotel stay was amazing- but I didn’t like the fact that my mom couldn’t get a room even when she told the manager that Expedia has an opening for that night. I believe if proof is given than they should accommodate it

The mattress of the futon is too thin and not comfortable enough for a good sleep. The breakfast scrambled egg was too bland. The top of the coffee paper cups was difficult to secure in place. Everything else was excellent.

Booked two Queens and given a king bed. I specifically chose this property because I needed two beds for my family so I was not too happy. I don’t love that you have to pay for premium WiFi even if you’re a member. Location is close to a very busy route with loud traffic all hours.

The worst experience ever. Staff was good. Cleanliness was terrible. My room smell like someone was smoked before. The linens had pet hair. Terrible experience. I booked this hotel because my family and me came to visit Massachusetts for first time.
