Road noise is loud. 😕 But otherwise very clean and nice.

The room we stayed is a bit noisy. We can also hear sounds from the bathroom. Breakfast is not very good. There’s no security around hotel parking but we still have to pay $10 overnight parking.

Newer building that is clean and modern. The lobby had an odd smell the entire time I was there (2 nights). I didn't like that the parking lot had a gate at night and there weren't any instructions or notice about how to get access before checking in. Plus there wasn't a well covered loading/unloading area outside the lobby either. Additionally, I loathe the idea of paying a daily fee for parking in an unsecured, uncovered parking lot with signs posted everywhere warning you that you park there at your own risk. Since hotels seem to be the only businesses with parking lots that charge their customers to park there (other than amusement parks and such), what exactly am I paying for?

I like This property everyone were friendly.

Clean and friendly staff. But, if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with children I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My family and I were woken up super early because of all the traffic noise from outside. You can also hear everything inside the hotel too—people in the hallway, neighbours alarm clocks and especially people walking above. Gym was insanely way too hot. It was difficult to workout in. Peloton bike wasn’t working (this was part of the reason I chose this hotel)

First time here and loved it

This was our first time staying at this lovely hotel and we will definitely come back! All staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the facility, as well as the comfortable bed and large shower stalls. A beverage bar was available at all times and the included breakfast was a bonus. The lobby had a variety of different, but comfortable seating options as well as a pool table. This hotel takes security seriously by having a closed gate to enter the parking lot after certain hours with a locked front door as well. You either need a provided code or room key to get in or a staff member can let you in. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to shop the South Center area. There are also many restaurants and other attractions to keep you busy. Despite the daytime busy traffic, it was surprisingly quiet at night which made for a good night's sleep.

Lobby has lots of social spaces but rooms are no frills student desks with no sitting area. I prefer a comfy chair in my room.

Nothing special. A clean place to stay if you need to rest for the night. Overpriced. Rooms were very small. Minimal amenities. Good morning coffee available downstairs in the lobby. I would much rather stay at a La Quinta for the same price but better value.

It was clean, nice, the staff were helpful and nice. The gym was clean and in good condition Breakfast bar was amazing clean and organized

Hotel is very clean and friendly staff. Beds are ok but could use a heavier comforter.

This hotel is very nice, FOR THE SUMMER. Their heaters use outside air so there's always cold air coming into the room and the temp never goes above 74-75 degrees. Their bedding is really thin so staying warm when it's 34 degrees outside is challenging.

Everything was fantastic. Nice clean rooms very modern. I would say that the traffic around is quite noisy but the property made up for that in other ways.

This is a safe place because its gated at night, but the rooms are super small

Have loved staying here for the last couple of years but when I showed up this time I was in for a change. They added a security gate…This was a huge pain and you have to basically drive up onto the curb just to reach the sensor. This is for coming in and going out. Not sure why they felt they had to do this but I am not sure if I can come back.

Loved it here! Nearby stores and restaurants to walk to. Clean, quiet, yummy free breakfast. Nice lounging area/lobby to do work on laptop, eat or just scroll through your phone.

Shopping and dining literally just a 5 minute walk down the road. Hotel has shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower & hand soap and lotion by the sink…it’s so convenient. There is complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby along with a pool table. Really a nice relaxing hotel.

We absolutely loved the hotel. It looked and felt as a brand new hotel and the industrial vibe was great. The only thing I might add was the parking issue, we got charged $10.86 per night and nobody told us that there was a fee. So when I asked what the charged was for the lady in the lobby didn’t quite knew about it and then she realized it was a parking charged per night because now they added a keyless gate but the entire parking lot is open for anybody to walk in and out..but there is a gate for cars???

The staff was great. We loved that the parking lot had a security gate. The room was spotless. Breakfast was great. Thank you!

Hotel is very clean

Woken up by loud noises coming from the room above me at 2:00am in the morning. Very cheap to ask for $10 a night parking -

I like the cleanliness but I don t like that there is no coffee maker in our room.

The hotel had a new or renovated feel and strong smell to it. They definitely went for a minimalist look but it left the bedroom (king) feeling bare. The bed and bedding were very comfortable but room was too echoey because of the lino flooring, no curtains (pull down blind) and minimal decorations. I enjoyed the bright colors and the bathroom was amazing but it did not feel cozy enough for me. If you like a dark and quiet room to sleep this would not really work for you. Breakfast was ok. The pancake machine was cool but the oatmeal needed a lot of love! The pool table was a fun addition and the staff were great.

This new "Tru by Hilton" was eclectic. A newer type fashioned hotel that my wife does not want us to rent from again. The room was very dark . No microwave in the room so you have to go to the front desk for coffee and to heat any food item.Extremely noisy from the outside "between the airport and freeway and we could hear the neighbors in the next room speak every word. The staff was fantastic and helped us out with all the security and energy savings features that you need to be able to use in the room. We were in the handicapped room and it was great except for one feature- the shower had been installed with the hot and cold water lines reversed. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Breakfast was fine and the staff was great as I previously mentioned!

This is a great hotel. It’s near the Tukwila Mall and easy on and off either the 405 or i5 The people are friendly and helpful
