Room A/C didnt go down of 23C degrees, so we spent 2 hot nights, 1 day we didn't get our room cleaned, ordered coffe to our room and wasn't hot, so.........nice place, nice rooms but hotel needs some atention.

Our room was never made up, or towels changed & we stayed 4 nights. Room was fine when we first checked in. Lobby. & Breakfast staff were great.

Good location with several restaurants within walking distance. I will be back on my next business trip to Saltillo.

Great property and the staff and staff is friendly and helpful. We love that there is a little mall adjacent to the hotel with a few options for dining.

Staff was amazing! Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are very spacious and clean! Room service us always on point! As well as every single staff member that we talked to. The food was amazing! Theres no need to go look for a restaurant in the city! Trust me food is 10/10 Bar service was great good selection of drinks. Breakfast... well lets just say if you want a mexican home cooked meal... you will defenetly enjoy their breakfast buffet! This hotel should be the example of their chain... everything was perfect and trust me my wife is extremely picky and she had nothing but amazing things to say lol. For the first time I can honestly say I was sad for leaving too soon.. we will definitely be back! Thank you to all staff from front desk to the chef!

We schedule prior arrival a transportation and at the end didn’t have ready the van. The room was clean but towels missing, they just finished housecleaning the room at 6pm

Great option for in-town activities. New facilities, great location, on-site shopping mall/restaurant. Excellent breakfast!!

Room was clean and we had a great view. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, many technical issues including, card to door access. The hotel card key had to be activated multiple times throughout our stay. And than management informed us the battery to the door was "low" causing more issues. Maintenance crew was not available until 7am, which prevent access to the room for hours.

Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent

Rooms are nice, and come with a sofa bed. Great location, and located next to a shopping mall with bars and restaurants.

Room full of dust , they don’t clean it . Bad. I had to call them 2 am because the air conditioner didn’t cold at all. The carpet full of dust looks like never clean

The only thing we did not like was the service for breakfast, both times we had breakfast there, the orders were not brought out complete, the missing items were never brought out at all, servers would not check if everything was ok or if we needed anything else.

This hotel is well located, and next to a new shopping center. There are several restaurants that are pretty nice especially Mochomos, which is kind of pricy but excellent atmosphere and food. this is a great business class hotel.

This is a new hotel in town. It is a very nice place connected to a new mall. With other stores in either walking distance of a short ride-share. I would absolutely stay here again. I was very pleased.

We had a weird experience though, We can down to check out at 11:30, the woman at the desk said “your booking comes with breakfast, so feel free to sit anywhere.” Of course we did. We had a long drive…. After breakfast we were brought the bill and told that the free breakfast ended at 11:00. We told them we were told to have a seat for our free breakfast, they apologized and said breakfast wasn’t free. We paid our US$30 and left. Not a good way to remember the hotel.

This hotel is trading on it’s location and the name “Hyatt”. Our server for breakfast in the morning was excellent. Other servers and staff were marginal as was the food. Actually the servers and staff lacked training. The room was ridiculously small and there were cleaning issues. There was grime on the hot plate part of the coffeemaker, the coffee cup was upside down on the hot plate thus the grime transferred to the rim of the cup. Glass was upside down on counter next to coffeemaker. How would one know if the counter or glass was clean? The glass was not covered. It is standard in Mexico to have bottled water in every hotel room. Though we were not charged for bottles of water we had to ask for it. In general the rest of the hotel area appeared to be clean. Would I stay again at this location? Probably not.
