The front desk staff that assisted me with late check in was awesome. We were going to arrive at 11 p.m. and i called to make sure they didnt cancel my reservation and she made sure there was a note for the next crew to see and not get cancelled. We showed up , and they knew my name and check in was a breeze and quick. Will stay here everytime we are in sanford.

For the price, very subpar. Felt like a cillege dorm room with a queen bed. Front desk staff ae to hide in the back unless you ring bell. Has to ask to be let in to lobby restroom and was asked to lock it again upon exit. IKEA like furniture. Linens were surprisingly okay, rhough. "Included breakfast" is just grab-and-go instant oatmeal, granola bars, and yogurt and coffee or tea. Nothing hot or fresh. If it weren't for our need to be in Sanford I wouldn't stay here.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful throughout the stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with convenient kitchenette as well. No carpet, which is a plus to me, especially as clean as the floor was. I appreciate a clean room and am not really interested in added amenities when I travel. The bed was super comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Would stay here again. Not the hotel's fault, more the town of Sanford, but the hotel is tucked away and coming off the interstate I made the wrong deceptive first turn, which sent me back on the highway and added 25 minutes to my arrival time. Same happened to a friend visiting me. That being said, a good stay was had.

Receptionist was super nice and friendly. Room was really clean and even small good and was surprisingly roomy and well equipped 👍👍 Breakfast was not so good, just coffee, muffins, granola bars and yogurt. All plastic wrapped which was actually good for hygienic wise. What bothered most was during the booking the price went up 30% just when I submitted my reservation. Not nice actually evil thing to do . Everything else was great . Rooms were also quiet so good for sleeping, lots of parking space. Quality wise I could go again.

On 02/01/24, I booked a reservation to the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Orlando Sanford through Expedia and paid the total of $163 for a room at the hotel on 02/14/24-02/15/24. I arrived at the hotel on 02/14/24 around 7:00pm and was greeted by the front desk attendant, Abby O. I told Abby about my reservation and the confirmation number but she said she didn’t see my name and the confirmation number was to another guest. I showed her my receipt and she asked to see my bank statements because she alleged I could have canceled the charge. As you can imagine, asking to see a guest’s bank statements to prove they paid for a hotel after they’ve showed them the receipt is very unprofessional. Regardless, I drove multiple hours for a business meeting and needed a room so I showed her my credit card statement showing her I didn’t cancel the payment. She proceeded to call someone and speak Tagalog. She then got off the phone and said there must be a glitch in the system and can’t do anything. When I asked her for another room she said the hotel was full. She then declined ever asking to see my bank statement when another guest at the front desk commented how unprofessional she was and that I needed to call management. When I asked for Abby’s full name for the complaint, she got offended and said she would only say her last name is O.

The accommodation was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work very well. I tried to call for assistance but the in room phone didn’t work, tried using my own phone to call the front desk, instead of reaching the front desk my call was routed to the main reservation center. No help there. Bottom line disappointed.

The property was clean. The room was spacious. Front desk was amazing and friendly. Coffee is not available after breakfast. No coffee maker in room. No hair dryer in room but, furnished one at the front desk upon asking. The room could use a rug to make it feel less vacant.

I typically avoid Extended Stay America as most seem to be rated at 6.5. This one had high ratings and after staying there, I can see why. Very clean, new, no creepers hanging around the parking lot. I’d stay again.

I was pleased that this hotel is located very close (2 miles) to the auto-train station. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and my room was spacious and generously furnished as if an apartment.

The hotel was clean and very nice. The bed was comfortable with a mattress that was firm. The only thing that was poor was the grab and go breakfast. That was horrible. It was a wonderful night otherwise. Can we get a hot breakfast please??

I actually did not check in. The location was kid of sketchy and then someone came down to complain about his room being full of roaches. That did it. We stayed elsewhere.

It’s a clean building and it seems brand new. They are using an iPad to check you in and they turn it around to have you sign. When I asked what I was signing for I was told “your reservation”.
