Easy parking and comfortable room. We were not impressed by the quality/freshness of the breakfast, also the limited bar and breakfast hours. Other hotels we’ve stayed at with similar and lower pricing have had far better breakfast options and fresh fruit.

Booked a king and got put in a double queen, kid at front counter said they had no kings left. With only 6 cars in the parking lot and over a hundred rooms???? Really?? Breakfast was supposed to be at 6am. Go to the lobby at 630 no food and other people just standing around waiting 645 finally food comes out. For the price of this place on a Tuesday this is just unacceptable Place was clean I’ll give it that

Nice place to stay. While I did not mind it, the curtains don’t completely cover the window or block any sun. The shower was amazing and super hot water. Comfy bed. Ample breakfast choices. Nice staff.

Felt very safe. Entire place was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Beds, linens, couch, towels...all very clean and comfortable. Plenty of outdoor grassy areas to walk pets. Breakfast was really good. No microwave in room, which was surprising, especially since they sell microwaveable food and snacks in the lobby. Pool was nice. Hot tub didn't heat at all...cold water. Apparently they were waiting on a part to come in to repair it. Big disappointment since the hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Bar and bar food was a huge disappointment. There was only 1 other person in the bar, who appeared to be friend of bartender. Bartender was not friendly at all. I ordered a glass of riesling...$12.00...bartender served me a chablis. Ordered a pepperoni pizza...$9.00. It was a tiny microwave pizza. Ordered parmesan french fries. Tasted basically like McDonald fries with a few dried parsley flakes sprinkled on top. I went in the bar 3 more times to purchase items from the snack area and even tho I was the only person in there I felt like I was bothering the bartender. Save yourself the time and money and drink and eat elsewhere.

We were slightly disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission but we enjoyed the pool. Our stay was wonderful as usual and we will continue to choose this hotel when in Fayetteville.

We really enjoyed the spa! We 3 ladies were in lots of pain from moving my daughter from Co. to Ala. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was very good. The young lady at front desk was nice. The young man we got snacks from were very kind. The view from my room was good. Hope to stay at Hyatt again. Wonder why cheaper motels have microwaves in their rooms? But y’all didn’t?

We most appreciated the thoughtful, caring staff; the cleanliness, and the quiet, comfortable room. The fresh flowers at the desk and sitting area was an inviting touch. We were frustrated that there wasn’t a microwave in our room or in the restaurant area.

Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I might have would be that the housekeeping was like I’ve ever experienced. If they missed you once they don’t come back. When they did come in my room they didn’t make the bed or take the dirty coffee cups. They restocked the towels. I’m sure if I called they would have come back .

Would definitely recommend this place to stay. Very convenient to shopping, dining and JJ's Live for concerts. Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and well maintained!!
