The hotel was fine. Good location. The ac unit in our room was so loud it sounded like it was going to take flight. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise it was easy for us to stay out last night there since we couldn’t extend our airbnb.

It wasn’t great. I specifically chose this hotel because of the view of the Titans stadium. When I arrived, 45 minutes after check-in started, my room still wasn’t cleaned and ready. They then asked me if I needed a handicap room, which was fine, I didn’t mean to book one, and still waited 20 minutes for them to get another room ready. My room was now on the other side of the hotel and I was looking at the interstate for two days. The suite I paid for was no suite. The couch was hard, the TVs barely worked, consistently saying “no signal.” Finally I decided I wanted room services but there is none. You have to go eat in the lobby. These are all things that irritated me. Someone else may have no issues with it.

The location is great. It's a short walk to downtown Nashville. The staff was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was also a benefit. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, however the tv constantly lost connection. The staff was not helpful when in need of towels for the room. Also not helpful when asking questions about the Nashville area. It was suggested that I “just google it”.

The hotel was very clean and very nice staff. The bartender was friendly and very helpful. We ate a couple items off the menu and they were pretty good. After our initial check in attempt, was a little worried it was going to be an unpleasant stay. However, aside from the first desk clerk we encountered everyone else was great. The bed pillows are horrible and need to be replaced. The property has no option for parking except their parking which is $25 a night. Seems wrong to me!!

Visit was great but the elevators have very long waits and using the room key card is difficult. Sometimes u don’t have time to scan it and most of the time I had to do it 3-4 times.

Loved my stay here, very clean! Staff was friendly, hotel was well equipped. The breakfast was amazing! So glad we were able to stay with our pets and no hassle or weight requirements, it is a very nice hotel for a very good price! Highly recommended. WE will be back, when we're in town.

It was clean, the service was good could have been great but was trying to take care of two of us at the same time so wasn’t as quick as could have been. She was still very polite and helpful. They don’t tell you about the parking fees or that they hold more money for possible damages on the internet.

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel very clean, nice toiletries too. Breakfast was a good selection. The hotel was a short walk over the bridge into town. However as a solo traveller I would advise against walking back to hotel in the dark on your own, I was approached one night by a man luckily I was ok & shouted the people in front of me saying they're at my hotel. But he came out of nowhere & had his arm around me. I should have ubered back but they tripled the price. So definitely be careful at night. Other than that a great stay.

Was nice. Stayed for a passing through night. Pool kinda small. Didnt know about paying to park at the hotel was a little annoyed. Bed are hard and pillows horrible they go flat. Can hear everything outside. Breakfast was good nice variety of food. Blqck out curtain was great. Over all was ok

The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable. Despite the proximity to the freeway, you could not hear any road noise once inside. Too far to comfortably and safely walk to Downtown but Ubers were relatively inexpensive at the time of our stay and the lodging price beat that of hotels downtown.

This stay exceeded my expectations. It was very nice and super clean. My only complaint is that it was not made clear that parking would be an additional $25 a day. Even at check-in cost was not mentioned when filling out paperwork for my vehicle info. I had to read the fine print in the room key envelope to learn it would be an extra hundred dollars for our stay. There wasn’t really anywhere else to park, so we were almost forced to park in their parking garage. The cost of parking would not have deterred us from staying here, but would have been nice to know. Lack of research on my end I guess

Very clean and comfortable. There is no shuttle to downtown but you can walk and will take you 20 minutes. The tv runs on internet and ours kept freezing.

We were just trying to find a place to sleep on our way through. I usually stay away from Laquinta because back before I could afford nice hotels they were the best you could get for cheap and weren’t all that great but usually clean. This time, that’s all we needed. I was shook. This place is gorgeous! There was gated indoor parking, the decor was modern and very comforting. (Clean blue, grey and white. Not too busy) there was a nice bar in the lobby. We don’t drink but it was nice to see an easy place to meet up. Elevator access was restricted to guests only with key card necessary. It smelled amazing. The shower was clean and kept up. The beds were very comfortable and the view was stunning! I might actually start looking to see what is available from this chain in the future! Thank you for the pleasant surprise! It was topped with a free breakfast that was delicious and had many options. We are vegan and were able to eat the potatoes and veg with bagels on the side. There weren’t a lot of vegan options but enough for getting a decent start and getting on the road without having to immediately find a restaurant. Much better than the typical see if maybe there’s a banana breakfast I usually get from hotel mornings!

The TV service is abysmal as the picture freezes every few minutes. Also we initially were put in a room with no rod, hangers or anyway to hang up clothes. Also, in our second room, it was not fully cleaned and had stains on the bed. It's a decent hotel with some nice amenities like a bar and grill and a great location. But it needs more effort by management to run more make it the experience it could and should be.

Great location right off the highway. Easy access to get going in the morning. Hotel is fairly new and it is nicè. The bar area has good drinks and food. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Close UBER drive to Broadway but if you are there in nice weather easy walk through Nissan Stadium parking lot to Pedestrian Bridge

Beautiful facility. We were on the 7th floor and the room was really nice. However, it faced two highways and the noise was very loud all night. Also, the shower pressure was very low. Parking was complicated but very secure for an extra $25. The hot breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

There were constant issues with elevators, sometimes not all were running. Kitchen area- drink machine was out of order. Nothing to drink except coffee. This was a busy weekend. Staff was awesome.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was charged fees & was not informed prior. The staff was rude & acted like it was an inconvenience for them to check us in. There was no notice of parking fees. The 2nd night the lady working the bar wouldn’t wait on us in a timely manner (turned to us said something rude & turned back around so we left). The hotel maid staff did great the first night then we came back to one bed made up & the other still a mess. The service was never consistent & again we felt like it was more of a bother to ask for fresh necessities. I will never stay at another La Quinta Inn again due to the horrific experience & unprofessionalism. If you are going to charge someone’s cc extra make sure you let them know. All around made the start of our vacation very stressful

Didn’t sleep because of the extremely loud freeway noise. My husband was showering and the shower handle fell off with super hot water on. He jumped out immediately and I couldn’t shower. All the hotel could do was credit parking since we booked thru a 3rd party. Don’t recommend this property
