The manager on duty was amazing and very helpful, when helping with my reservations being cancelled, without my knowledge. However, the room had not been properly cleaned. There was sticky red substance on the desk, hair in the tub, and the floor was dirty.

Friendly staff, very clean and they kept the breakfast food coming out.

Nice hotel

Everything and everyone was great. A very nice hotel with excellent staff. This is what other hotel should aspire to be like.

I get there I try to check in the lady looks at my ID and says oh no I can't rent this to you your local refuses to give me a refund told me to go to the website that I used to make them reservation went to the website they said I had the hotel they contacted the hotel and the hotel refused to give them a refund so how did I how was my check-in it didn't exist I did not get to check in I was allowed to walk in and ask how to get a refund and was told that I don't receive one and then was told that I was rude and disrespectful when my friend witnessed this lady telling me that I was not allowed to check in and that I was apparently having to go to the website instead of through her news apparently news to me later on I found out that the checking was one hour in the afternoon I'm not sure why there's a hotel with one hour check in time and not sure why y'all only reserve rooms for non-local people with my house was burnt down what is my pipes were broken in my house what if there's no plumbing going on what if there was an emergency and this was the only hotel with the room that was available to me are you telling me you would have still not checked out check the room now to me that's sad thank you better Business Bureau cuz that's where this is headed

Hotel was well maintained. Front desk clerk at check in was friendly and knowledgeable about area. Breakfast was good and had several options.

This place was great. The room was really nice and we were only five minutes away from the wedding venue we were going to. A bonus they had the travel channel in the room and terror in the woods marathon was on.

It was really nice. Receptionists were bery nice & helpful.

There is literally no insulation in the walls so you can hear everything - the people above, below, and around you. It was the noisiest stay I’ve ever had. I didn’t sleep at all because the neighbors kept their tv on forensic files all night and the people above me wore their cowboy boots around and stomped in at 2am each night. So awful. So loud.

Property was nice, however room 302 had a musty smell--water was leaking from toilet base.

The only issue was the .....small puffy pillows(bad for the neck).

Elevator went out for a few minutes one time. Staff responded quickly. Coffee machine trouble 3 times in 3 days. 😳🙂

it wasn't as good this time. The AC was leaking, the toilet was leaking and the knob to the shower was hard to move. other than that it was a good stay.

Every time I come into town, I stay at this property and they never let me down. The staff is always professional and courteous and the property is very well maintained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I chose this hotel over others for my business trip because of the high rating. This place has lived up to it.

The staff at this location is so friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and willing to go the extra mile. Love this location. We drive out of the way to stay here because the beds are comfy and the food is good.

This is our go to spot to stay when in Brownwood.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and hands down I will not stay anywhere else in Brownwood Texas ever again. The customer service was outstanding, they were constantly cleaning and working on upkeep, and my kids and I felt safe. One of the day front desk employees got us into a handicapped room that was available for a quick shower since my child had surgery on her foot. The handicapped room was not available for any of the nights we were there, because I didn't plan accordingly! But she went above and beyond to help us.

Rooms much larger than expected and recently updated. Partial kitchen and 2 TVs with a couch. Great breakfast selection. Very much considering staying here again.

Very nice room and staff. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool on a pleasant evening.
