The refrigerator made a loud popping noise about every half hour to 45 minutes making sure every time i dosed off i was abruptly awoken the rooms were a little small and confined so every noise seemed like it was right next to you probably wont stay again breakfast was fine and staff was fine just the rooms were too cramped.

Pool was “out of order”
Noisy hallways. Room Doors vibrate every time someone on your floor comes and goes. Poorly insulated between floors make it noisy.

The large LONG bathroom with two sliding doors is an odd circumstance, especially if you want to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, because there’s no low light to turn on.

Was glad to have chosen Glo for our hotel when we stayed in Enid for the weekend. We had no issues at all, we were close to our event and restaurants.

The property was nice. Staff super nice. I utilized the gym, it was clean with newer equipment. The room appeared neat and clean, bathrooms are huge, however, there was some dirt, dust and food crumbs under the desk. I didn't get to have the breakfast, so can't commit on that. I would return to this property.

Conveniently located right behind Stride Bank Center. Best place to stay, especially if you’re attending an event at SBC. Staff is very welcoming and breakfast is very good too. I highly recommend!

This is our second stay within 1 month here and of course Cassandra welcomed us and remembered us. She is an absolute joy. The room was great and so quiet. ONLY ONLY issue with our room, we pulled out table between beds and found a pile of someone food leftovers that were not picked up. And i wish there was more plug in between beds. Other than that AMAZING. Breakfast was very nice and the lady cleaning up was so kind and checking on everyday

Check in took awhile because the clerk was by herself and was on the phone making a reservation that took some time. She did apologize. Hotel is nice and clean.

Wow! Glo Best Western is beautiful, bright, and fun! The rooms are delightful with wonderful bath, fun bright colors, VERY comfortable beds. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lobby sitting area is comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this hotel. I stay in hundreds of hotels every year for work and this one is by far in my top 3. The location is perfect being downtown and the rooms are SPOTLESS. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. I never review property’s typically since they just don’t wow me but this one is truly amazing. The manager is very helpful and kind as well which is a huge bonus.

I could NOT STAY! There was NO RESERVATION! They were SOLD OUT as we were there for a concert. I had a confirmation email from YOU on Sun. Assuring me that we were all set. As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced.

Front desk staff wasn’t dressed to impress. Easy check in. Tiny room. Huge bathroom. Lukewarm, low flow shower. I can get a HOT shower at most third world hotels but not here. Water is purposefully lukewarm as a money saving thing by management. Unforgiveable

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone - the housekeeper, cook/food attendant, front desk associates - were nice, helpful. Smiles all around! We will come back for the staff.

The rooms are tiny. No lock on bathroom sliding doors. Staff wasn’t willing to work with us on anything. We checked in and took a loss on the night and checked right out

I’m the hotel wad really nice, right next to venue where concert was and close to restaurants and bars. But, the walls were so thin you could EVERTHING going on outside the door and for several rooms. Kept us awake for most of the night with people coming and going.

This is a nice hotel within walking distance of the ballpark and convention center. Parking is pretty easy. The hotel seems to have been renovated fairly recently. The room was on the fourth floor and it was spacious and comfortable. Probably the biggest bathroom at a “regular” hotel room I’ve ever seen. The king bed was comfortable and the linens fresh. The shower had little pressure and not quite hot enough, but it was serviceable. The wait to check in was quite lengthy because, apparently, a large group showed up right before we got there. The staff worked as quickly as they could with only two people checking in. They charge been understaffed in housekeeping as well because our room was not ready until around 6 pm or so. Went to get breakfast on one morning and it was taken up at 0905 even though the sign said 0930. Overall a pleasant stay, but could’ve been a little better. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We arrived between 530 and six and our room was not ready. This was disappointing, but the girl at the front desk was so apologetic and sweet about it we appreciated that, and once we got in the room, it was very clean.

They turned off water without letting customers know. After working out and not being able to take a shower, they said they put up a sign by the elevator. Unacceptable form of communication when some people take the stairs and don't use elevator.

Why if I’m a gold member do I need to pay a security deposit? Have I not built my trustworthiness? I leave rooms in excellent condition. The hotel is great, check in was weird. Clerk said she was charging me for tax on my reward stay but I already paid the tax during online booking, then my receipt showed I paid $1-Something…
