The beds were very comfortable, the blinds in the window didn’t work so we couldn’t get sunlight in! The tiles in the bathroom were loose and wiggled when you walked on them! The ac wouldn’t stay set at the temp we set it at!! This was definitely not a $174 a night room! The breakfast was minimal and worth it, even though it was free!

The comforter was stained with what I'm hoping/pretending was chocolate. I was disappointed there was no in-room coffee maker or microwave, although there was a very small mini-fridge. The shower was great and I enjoyed the shampoo/conditioner/body wash that was supplied. Breakfast was okayish, but I felt for the price, it wasn't a great deal.

Our room was comfortable but dirty. The bathroom had a dirty sock behind the door and the shower stall was gross. Needless to say, we were too tired from our journey to complain but we would not stay here again

Quick stay. Nice that they allowed pets but website should indicate there’s an additional charge and how much that will be so it’s not a surprise. There was something outside our room or in the wall that made banging noises randomly all night, we could never determine what it was.

The shade was broke in our room. So our room was lite up all night. I have a bad back and need to sleep. Very disappointed when I mentioned to the morning guy. He said the shade has been broken and sorry someone should have told you that. That’s all he said. I thought I should have been told last night. Very unhappy.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here diving from Kansas to Colorado and we will stay again. Avid is wonderful for the price. The rooms are clean I love that there is no carpet so you know the floors are clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is so friendly.

It was so loud in this facility. All night and into the next day through checkout, it sounded as if there was construction work going on. No idea what it was but if you’re looking for a good nights rest, this place won’t provide that.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was small and was fine for an overnight stay but it wasn’t big enough if you wanted to stay several days.

First time at an Avid Hotel. Very impressed. Clean, comfy room. Big screen TV. No microwave or coffee in room but available in the lounge. Coffee available all day, Brewed fresh from coffee beans. Nice breakfast setup. Almond milk, oat milk & whole milk available. Our shampoo & body soap dispensers were empty but easily remedied by a trip to the desk. I would stay here again.

I went to check in at 11:00 at night, i was the only person there and the guy behind the desk was terrible. He got me half way started on filling out the paperwork when he stop in the middle of everything to text someone back on his phone and about 2 long awkward minutes later he finally got back to me. Then when i got to the room i found a needle in the room. Like a straight up drug needle under the bed

Good location, pet friendly, indoor pool, free breakfast. Pet owners need to pick up poop. The hotel offers poop bags and a place to dispose. Steps between floors needed to be vaccuumed and the pool area needs ventilation. It was extremely humid and all of the furniture was wet

Check in was quick and easy, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a little sparse. But still good.

The hotel looks nice, but falls short in a lot of ways. The rooms are really small, and there seems to be no insulation between rooms. I could hear the tv, people talking, snoring, going to the bathroom, coughing next to us. The breakfast was pitiful. They had bagels that were so stale you couldn’t even cut through it to toast it. Really disappointing.

We had a king bed room - room was overall small but our stay was brief so that was ok. Modern materials were a bit strange - noise carried terribly because of this I think. Left RR vent on and slept ok. Shower was amazing and a vented restroom big bonus. Good overall, just not what I’m use to.

Worst experience I’ve had with an IHG hotel! They did not come in to change the towels, let alone clean in the 4 days I was there. When I first enquired on Day 2, they said I’d have to request a housekeeping visit. So I did and the next day also. My room was never touched, let alone cleaned. I will not stay there again. I’m amazed I am paying for this place! What are the standards for IHG hotels❓This place needs a talkin’ to

The front desk clerk was very pleasant. Her name was Skye. Lobby was very clean. Our room was good except 1 side table was very sticky with something spilled all over it. We were able to hear the people above us walking but that happens in most hotels.

Front desk forced me to accept 3rd floor room despite being handicapped. Bathroom with hair on floor, counter and blue toothpaste in sink. Floor beside bed was sticky.

The only issue we had was the pool was closed. We were going to surprise our grand-daughter with being able to swim. (She absolutely loves to swim) She was pretty heartbroken. She had gotten all decked out in her swimsuit and had her swim toys. We arrived at the pool only to se the pool closed until tomorrow sign on the door. :(

The property and staff are great. Great amenities. The only problem is the rooms are so small!

Convenient location off the highway and clean rooms, especially as a pet friendly location. Staff and accommodations were great for the value.
