Clean, quiet and comfortable. Even the air in our room smelled clean! Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean bathrooms with large no-step shower supplied with Dove brand soap, shampoo and conditioner. All bed linens and towels were clean and soft. Great experience at Avid.

This was the best hotel at this price point, which was amazing that I have stayed in. It was clean, service was exceptional, price was PERFECT, I have another trip coming up soon and I looked to change hotels but they don’t have on where I’m going. In the future I will look for AVID hotels first

We travel a lot and have never stayed at an Avid, but we've seen them from the freeway. I will now look for them. From the very friendly and helpful front desk attendant to the cleanliness and quiet room, everything was great. Different from most typical hotels we've stayed at

First time staying at an Avid. Had a great time and will stay again. Check in was easy, rooms were clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Impressive breakfast spread. Front desk staff were kind and great. Management was visible and kind. Will definitely stay again.

No fluff motel. I want a clean room, a good shower, and a soft bed. Great staff also. I feel that I got all the above. AVID hotels are very modern, not the usual decor you find in most hotels but I liked it. The room also had a 60" TV, are you kidding me! I was traveling with my elderly mother and they changed the room to an ADA-compliant room when I checked in. The only thing I would suggest was to upgrade the floor in the shower. Not enough grip. And it would be nice to have a bar grip on the wall in front of the toilet placed at a 45-degree angle and at arms, length. Old folks have a hard time standing up after sitting down. Other than the two suggestions, it was a great experience and I will use them again.

We were put in a room farthest from the entrance. We have a registered service dog who doesn’t bark and is with us at all times, we felt discriminated against.

My family stay was amazing! Very easy check in process. Staff acknowledged you soon as you enter the building. Receptionist had an amazing attitude with a beautiful smile. The room is very clean and comfortable. A great environment to stay in and did I mention great parking.

The rooms were a little smaller than usual, but well laid out. The shower was the smallest I have ever experienced at a hotel. I am a large guy and could barely get in and out of the shower because of the narrow entrance. The body wash was out when we first got there and the front desk was so busy we had to wait to get more. The front desk they would bring us some, but we had to go and get it. It turned out to be handsoap.

Key card for original room didn’t work, was recoded by staff and still didn’t work. Staff assigned a new room and the new key cards worked perfectly. Breakfast was uninspiring. If you just want yogurt & fruit, you are golden. Both beds were made but one was rumpled. Staff was friendly.
