We arrived early to the property because we were meeting some family members there.

This was the perfect spot to stop on the 1st leg of our journey. It was right off I-70. It was a little funky to get to the entrance was NOT well marked.The property is just over 1 year old. So very nice, clean and bright! New December 2023. Close enough to a charming downtown with unique restaurants so don't just have to go to chain restaurants. Staff very helpful. I did note the roller shades needed attention and staff was very receptive to my alerting that this was an issue.

This was a very clean nice place to stay. The front desk help was very pleasant. The girls name was Rebeka so kind. The room was very nice. Good lighting in the bathroom for me to do my makeup a lot of times the lighting is awful. Great location

We waited two hours for a room to be available

The location is just right for visiting the Historic Downtown St. Charles area or the Ameristar Casino. Both are a walkable distance.

We were to have a 3pm check-in. We were told it would be 10-30 min. At 4:45 we had to leave to get to event. We were told we would receive a call when room was ready. Never received. We came back at 7:30 and told our room became available but she lost our number.

Our beds were comfy and cozy. The room and hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Awesome breakfast spread too. Will be staying here again.

This property was new just a couple of years ago. Everything still looks new, however, in our room the walls needed to be repaired. The room cleanliness was also a huge issue. The floors were dirty, and the end tables were not clean. The hotel is very close to restaurants and shopping on Main Street.

Visited St Charles Christmas Traditions. The hotel was located nearby and easy to get to all the festivities.

We were very disappointed with our check in experience. We arrived around 1:00pm as we were attending a wedding which started at 3:00. We asked if any rooms were available for early check in. There were not, which was completely ok, as we know check in time is 3pm and had planned to get ready in a friend’s room who was already there. We attended the wedding ceremony at 3pm and arrived back to the hotel at 4pm and were told the rooms were still not ready and they could not tell us when they would be ready. We had a little time before the reception started, so we sat in the hotel lobby, anticipating that we’d be able to get checked in shortly. We waited for over an hour, observing others being able to check in and obtain their rooms. When asking we were told they were sorry but our specific rooms were not clean yet. We finally said we needed to get to the reception and any room would do, we just wanted to be able to get settled before our late return that night. We finally got a room around 5:15, our friends got theirs around 5:30 and we were 30 minutes late to the wedding reception. The staff was kind and apologetic but it was unacceptable to have to wait 2 hours after check in time for a room, especially when others were given rooms as soon as they walked in the door. This hotel was very nice, but I will be hesitant to stay again due to the apparent staffing issues which caused our plans to be disrupted.

The room was not ready by 3pm for check in. Upon going to bed the sheets where to small for the bed and would not stay on. Called front desk they said if we wanted new sheets we would have to come get them and put them on ourselves. Really shouldn’t have to for the price they charge.

Close to everything but not walkable to restaurants and minimal shopping. It’s right by the interstate. Overall good clean comfortable and priced well.

Nice place

Breakfast was good. Great variety of hot and cold foods. Mold was in the tub corners. Beds had sharp edges on side we got scratched everytime we got out of bed. First nite there the fire alarm was set off several times by kids that thought it funny. Nothing for consequence. Upset they put is on 5th floor as was requested first floor because of my sister being physically diabled and cant do stairs.

If you’re using a third party you may have issues checking in. Otherwise the stay was decent, the handicapped rooms are very spacious.

Everything was clean and conveniently located. Looking forward to my next visit.
