The Holiday Inn Express appeared to be recently renovated. The pool was warm on the first day but cooled as the week progressed. Our service was very acceptable. Breakfast was hot and varied.

Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly. Breakfast was busy, ran out of hot food and couldn’t catch or keep up.

The only problem we had was shortly after we first checked in and was getting settled into our room, two girls entered our room with their own key card. They were given a key to our room and was told that it was their room. I quickly called the front desk and told them the issue and the person at the front desk apologized and realized that he booked them in the wrong room. He came to our room later with new key cards so that no one else had a key to our room. Other than that, I would maybe recommend some area rugs on the floor as the room has quite an echo since there is wood flooring. The bed was very comfy along with the pillows and the Dove products in the shower was a great surprise!

This is one of the best hotel stays we have had in a while. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I love how the bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner and soap for us to use. Very convenient. The breakfast was really good and the staff were all very friendly. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I come to Jacksonville!

The hotel toom was comfotable but the hotel was pretty busy and it was noisy. The blinds did not work correctly in our room.

The room and hotel were very comfortable, clean, and the signage was great! Comfy bed, love how they have soft and firm pillows and label the pillow cases!!

Extremely convenient and right in the heart of dinning, shopping, you name it. I was there because a family member was an inpatient at Onslow Hospital, which was only 8 minutes away. The breakfast was great as well as staff. I would definitely stay again.

Really loved our stay even though the power went out due to a transformer blow out from a car accident. Quick check-in by the welcoming staff she helped us settle into our room from our 24hr road trip. The breakfast was really good. Also have the option to walk to near by restaurants. The housekeepers were so sweet and made sure we had clean towels always. The only downside was our bed it made lots of springy noise but overall it still was comfortable.

The breakfast bar was AMAZING as the reviews said. We needed a sofa bed and had booked incorrectly, they immediately took care of the error and helped us. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfy! We will be back!

Cleanliness excellent, everything very clean, neat, and the area is well kept. The pool is very clean. Breakfast was hot and very good with everything from, hot coffee, tea, scramble eggs, omelet, cereal, pancakes, juices, bagels, muffins, and much more. Everything very good.
