Nice grab-and-go breakfast. The pool was awesome for the kids. Staff were friendly. The room was a bit small but modern. We had to move the beds together to make a super bed because we have young children who may fall out otherwise. When we did this we exposed a dirty floor underneath as well as a condom wrapper. So that wasn’t great.

Pet-friendly hotels are our favorite. This hotel was in a good, quiet location with great amenities and clean rooms. The front desk supervisor was kind enough to message me and ask if everything was well and if I needed anything. Lot of quick bite joints near by.

Very nice property. It feels new, I'm not sure if it is, but if it isn't new then they've done an amazing job at keeping it clean to "feel" new. The only downside is there isn't a ton of parking, and half of the hotel is RIGHT beside highway 7, so you'll sometimes hear horns or trucks.

It was a great stay! The room was immaculate. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. The pool was a nice bonus.

The property was new and a modern design. Relatively clean.
I would not recommend this property for anyone staying more than a single day as there is no closet or drawers. It has hooks along the wall to hang things and also 4 hangers, but all your clothes would be stuck together and wrinkled.
Room was very noisy at night due to trucks and racers on highway 7.
Breakfast was included but very limited, as they ran out of everything early. Most mornings we had just cereal or granola bars. The seating was very limited.

Great hotel close to the international airport, clean and quiet. I wish there were more tables for having breakfasts and the choice of food as well. Otherwise great hotel

Im not sure why this hotel is rated 2 stars, yet you're treated like 5 stars. The hotel has a fresh, clean look upon entry. The rooms are modern & the bathroom is huge. The amenities such as the gym, pool, free parking, free wifi, free coffee, and free breakfast added great value. The staff are super friendly & always available for all your needs. The location is also conveniently located next to major highways, which makes it a breeze to travel into downtown. Overall, its the best hotel I've ever experience.

The room has a very odd smell; smells like bleach & body odour together. Breakfast includes no more than five or six bland items. This should not be called a “free breakfast”. Seems like a tactic to get people to book this hotel. Worst part is that I paid via hotels.com prior to the trip..in FULL. on my way back home on the road, I see a charge of 115$ on my card. Called, said “oh it was a mistake”. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional; watch out and make sure to check your statements. If I hadn’t checked, I would have never called them back & the $$ would have ended up in the pocket of an employee in my opinion.

The only downside is the ev charging is not a level 2 which makes the charge rate much slower than usual, but still good enough.
This is my personal opinion and does not reflect the hotel in anyway. The hotel is great!

The hotel and staff were great very clean. The parking lot was a bit of a mess as there were empty juice boxes and garbage laying around.

The hotel staff, facilities, and cleanliness at Avid were absolutely fantastic! All staff encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Loved the generous Dove brand toiletries!
The hotel is in a pretty deserted industrial area, so quite difficult/expensive to get around if you don't have a car. No airport shuttle and the Uber to/from same was about $30 each way. Right now, the hotel is housing Ukrainian refugees, which is a wonderful initiative but does impact the guest experience. We found the common areas and pool were often very busy and loud with children playing, and the complementary breakfast was chaotic. When we left it to within 30 minutes of breakfast ending, food offerings were no longer being replenished and we had extremely limited options for nourishment.

Very much a no frills hotel, similar to the Ibis franchises in Europe. It was clean, the rooms felt a little like a dorm though. The stay was fine, but I think it was a bit over priced for what was provided.
