Vey nice apartment with kitchenette that easily held 3 people. Small stove, fridge, pot and pan, some dish ware. Right next to a 24 hour combini (convenience store) and 15-20 min walk to Kyoto Station.

There was plenty of room. Linens were clean. Room was clean. Close to a convenience store. Staff was extremely helpful. They offered a free bus to the golden temple.

Great place to stay! A bit of a walk from Kyoto station but worth it. We were right across the street from the Higashi Hongwanji and close to the bus stop. There is a family mart right next door as well.
The hotel was very clean, quiet, with all the basic amenities. We would definitely stay again. We particularly liked having a small kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Very convenient with the Family Mart there for nights we were too tired to go back out. Also recommend the Nepalese restaurant Queen, right around the corner.

About a 15 min walk from the station which is great considering how busy the buses can get. Comfortable stay and friendly staff.

The room and its kitchen are clean and tidy. The staff is helpful. But the location is a bit far from Kyoto Station. The day I arrived was a rainy day. It's tiring to walk from the station to the hotel with the luggage on rainy days. Overall speaking, the room is good for family travelling.

Facility was great but what I expect from what I see from photos was totally different when I made reservation. Although I mentioned we have a kid 12 years old but they didn’t provide us extra bed or photon, since Japanese translation is 12 year old however english version see under 12 years old, consider sleeping we thier parents. Unfortunately when I take look at the reply email from Hotels.com it says 2 beds and 2 photons. Overall location was good, very clean and easy access to sightseeing place.

We stayed 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were beautifully presented and had everything you needed and more. It’s a short walk from Kyoto station which was useful for getting around.
There’s a family mart next door which made getting snacks and drinks very easy.
Overall we would happily stay here again without question and round be our first choice hotel when we visit Kyoto in the future!

MONday Apart exceeded all expectations. Great amenities, accommodations, easy to get to from Kyoto Station. The Sauna was a plus! Every aspect of our stay was flawless. Highly recommend for families. Five stars, no doubt!

Loved our stay in the Monday. The room was very quiet and plenty big enough for 3 adults. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Loves:
1.10 minute walk from Kyoto Station.
2. Washing/drying machine in the room.
3. Kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils. Microwave and small table oven.
4. Bunk bed! REALLY spatious!
5. Lots of restaurant in the area
Not so much love but it's not a deal breaker:
1. No window view. We ended up with the emergency window which was frosted.
2. the staff did not know the area very well. We were led in the wrong direction when we were looking for a place that was literally around the area. It could be that the staff was new.

The hotel is located in a centralised area. It's about 10-15 min walk to Kyoto station/Umekoji park/Aquarium/Wholesale market/Don Quijote.
There are a few bus stops near the hotel so it's very convenient to travel around.
Plus points with the washing machine and microwave in the hotel. In addition, the hotel is using digital lock so you don't have to worry losing the room card.

The property was actually pretty decent, just a strange area it is in. People were lovely and had all you needed. Shiuld offer clear directions to get there, like which station exit to talke. Google maps got too confused.

Good location that is within walking distance to Kyoto Station and there's bus stops nearby too. There's a 24 hr convenience store just round the corner and we had a great stay here.
A temple is situated opposite the location. Unfortunately, we didn't have the time to visit it.

My family really enjoyed the living space. The staff was the greater perk of this hotel. I had lost my phone on the Shinkansen and the manager Nakagawa Satoshi worked with me and JR lost and found to recover my phone!!! I only wished I could repay him more.

This room was quite nice. The extra two beds in the bunkbed made this great for bringing our little one.
Add in the kitchenette and the in room laundry and this was a great space to travel around Kyoto from.

The room was very well set up for our 6 night stay. Very clean and modern. Kitchen with lots of utensils, washer/dryer. Easy walking distance to Kyoto station . Front desk staff were friendly. Bedding is changed only every 3 days but towels are replaced daily if you put the dirty ones outside your room. Would certainly recommend.

This hotel is perfectly located and has everything you need, including washer/dryer in the unit. It's very clean and has plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Slightly more expensive than one of the other hotels we stayed at but the included laundry and fantastic room made it worth it.

A slightly farther walk from Kyoto Station (10 minutes) but still doable with several large luggages. Room was spacious for three adults (the bunkbed concept was cool if there was a 4th person to try with) and had all the amenities to make it a long stay comfortable. There were bus stops nearby that could take me to most of the iconic places in Kyoto.
