The hotel was great. The room could use a little refreshing. Head board was torn, marks on the ceiling and unidentifiable substance on the painting on the wall. Not maintained like the regular rooms. However it was a good value considering the savings.

Private owned room (Orgoto) at The Signature
AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!!

with regular The Signature MGM staff. Everyone (valet, bellboy,front desk) were welcoming and friendly.
ROOM-
looked clean besides a few things (faded red stain on carpet by bedside and smudges on table top).
PROBLEM-
Early bedtime since we had a 3am wake up for Grand Canyon trip. Went to brush teeth and ROACH in the sink. It ran FAST to edges under sink cabinet. We had to go to bed, so i tried by best to sleep (hard to do worrying of them being all over and into our luggage!!!) We left room 3am (13+hr trip to GC) returned around 830pm. First thing we saw were 4 roaches in bathroom (toilet and sink area). Couldnt brush our teeth or even pee. Looked under the sink (in cabinet) full of roach droppings and couple more roaches- we took pic to show front)
No way we would stay here any longer!
FRONT DESK- unable to help as third party/private owned room. They apologized but claimed nothing they can do (not even look at the many other mgm locations for available rooms). They did try to call Orogoto, but were unable to reach anyone. Right away they stated they are almost impossible to communicate with (we couldnt even respond to hotel.com mgs, hotels com unable to reach either. Other staff disbelief nothing more was available for us.
OWN SOLUTION-
We paid for venetian, shook+carefully packed up our stuff, checked out that night!!
2+ hrs and extra $$$ later, in a clean room at another NOT MGM hotel.

This property is not managed well at all. Valet was, short, rude and slow. Their ticketing system didn't work and it was now my fault? The operations manager, Jackie, told me "they don't guarantee parking for their guests". This location has no parking near by and you will have to pay $20 per night. If you are looking for any sort of customer service, avoid this place!

This worked out great. Literally the only difference between going with the condo vs regular hotel room was not having daily housekeeping services. The room was clean and ready for us. The check in and check out process was the same as booking a regular hotel room. Well worth it for a much better rate.

We stayed one night at MGM Signature by Orgoto in Las Vegas. We were unaware Orgoto was a third party who rented out units at MGM Signature. They were not on site. Orgoto managed the unit we booked at the MGM Signature. At check-in we learned that Orgoto lost our reservation. It took 30 minutes for them to find us a new unit. Our unit had a dirty toilet seat, a sink that didn’t have hot water and lamps that did not turn on.
Orgoto was very difficult to communicate with and was unapologetic. MGM took no responsibility for Orgoto’s poor service on MGM property.

My stay was not as advertised. I was told you all would be refunding a portion of my bill but I’ve yet to see that.

We enjoyed ourselves. Very nice up scale. Walkable to many shops and walkways all indoors. So very safe with family. We will return!

Do not stay here through this booking. It’s not a hotel when you book this way, you’re booking someone’s condo out and everything you need will have to go through them. I went to check-in and my room was FILTHY. Hotel told me I’d have to call the 3rd party I booked through to do anything. Now I’m sitting in a hotel lobby unsure if I’ll have to either spend more money to get a clean room or just sleep in the same sheets as the last person. Entirely unacceptable

So we are staying for 3nights and 4 days and only got 2 packages of coffee. Didn’t have a pair knife to cut vegetables. Didn’t have a spatula for eggs. Because we had a kitchenette because my sister has diabetes. We got two coffie cups to go but only one lid. When we asked for the items, we were told that because we booked their a three party, they are one to talk to to get the items. Never, ever has a hotel personal told me that. When I tried to text to hotel.com about my concerns, they were trying to call the hotel and they said that nobody would answer. I won’t stay their again.

I didn't get the room i was supposed to it was on the 6th floor and i paid for a high floor. Thought it would be in tower 3 and it was in tower 2 couldn't see the strip and the place was dirty

I arrived very late in the evening. The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was checked within few minutes. When I arrived at my room I was unable to open the door. I tried with both keys. I utilized the courtesy phone in the elevator lobby and let the Representative know that they keys would not open the door. I gave her my building number, floor number, and room number. I repeated the information twice. When she asked me for the information I asked her if she was paying attention because I had provided the information several times. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. I had to go back to the lobby and request new keys. I also asked to speak with a manager. Manager was in a meeting. I returned to the room, still unable to enter the room. I go back to the lobby desk now for a third time. The manager is now available. She did not greet me in a friendly manner and told me that the representative told her that I reported that I was unable to find my room and that I was being disrespectful and she hung up on me. My question now to the manager was this "so you have staff who do not help guests, they lie about it, and then hang up. The manager walked back to the room with me. First key did not work. She tried the second key and then had to push and pull on the door before it would open. She indicated that someone from Engineering would arrive to assist me. No one did or has contacted me to follow up. I will be requesting a refund.

Property is nice just a little outdated. Also did not know it was condo based so we did not get our rooms cleaned, which was unfortunate but besides that decent stay.

I found out that my reservations was canceled when i attempted to check in. Leaving me no where to stay. I was also charged for the reservation. I was unable to contact anyone as it was 8pm. Ruined my weekend away. I will never book throught Orgoto.

The room was very nice. Only suggestion is the room needs more that only two coffee cups, two glasses and ninimal silverware. Needs a dish rack so that there is a place to set the four dishes after they are washed.
Check in was awful. They made it UBUNDABTLY CLEAR that they did NOT like my "third party booking" they could not have been less helpful if they tried!! terrible experience. If you need specifics, call me. 808 479-0822

Only issue was only just one glass and no cups. Could have contacted housekeeping but I just made do with the one glass (had needed one more for my friend later).

It was a nice stay. The room does not get housekeeping service but it’s a high floor and clean. I would return. Amenities are very nice gym and pool excellent

The room itself was nice. dealing with the front desk was not great. every question I had was answered with "You need to contact the condo owners/Expedia, we don't deal with the condos." Also the only way to park is using their valet service. there is no place within 2 blocks to park and only then if you can find a spot. then walking in the dark to get back to MGM. You don't walk back streets in Vegas. too dangerous. So, only valet parking. one other note. the hotel will not let you bring your own bags in, again, valet/bell service only.

For four days we tried to get our broken toilet fixed as well as housekeeping to bring us new towels. We were told every time that since the room was booked via orbitz, we weren’t eligible for housekeeping or maintenance.

We were promised and paid for a balcony as an amenity but when we got to the room, there was no balcony. I went back and forth with support to resolve to situation but ultimately I had to settle because they could not give me a room with a balcony in a timely manner. The dishes in the room were dirty so we could not use the kitchenette for cooking. Some of the main lights in the room were dead so it was an overall terrible room. Would never consider staying here again.

I EMAILED ON MY 2ND DAY TO POINT OUT THAT I HAD NOT BEEN PUT IN THE ROOM I PAID FOR- NO BALCONY AND NO STRIP VIEW. BOTH WRE LISTED IN MY BOOKING. I SEND SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAVE NOT AS YET RECEIVED A REPLY.
