This was my first time visiting this resort. The location is great. Short cab ride into downtown or you can walk to downtown. I did both. The walk took about 15 min (sidewalks the entier way) and I felt very safe making the walk (I did it during the day). I wouldn't recommend the walk at night due to traffic and narrow roads. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area seemed to have plenty of room. Nice swim up bar area. I would stay here again.

Some staff members were unpleasant most did the best they could but did not seem happy with there jobs. Served white folk eagerly though?!

Stayed in a top floor suite right below. The rooftop bar! The room was fabulous. The only downside was the music from the bar upstairs. Very loud bass.!

The hot tub was broken the entire week we were there. One of the concierges was rude and not helpful. I'm pretty sure the maid took my cell phone charger on the last day although we had not yet checked out. I won't be staying again.

We got a decision to visit The Friendly Island (Sint-Maarten or St-Martin, accordingly to Dutch or French sides!) in DEC 2023 to verify by ourselves are a high rates of a rest at this area correct or not. After a one week stay at Dutch side of this Island at Oceans at Divi Little Bay we'd like to confirm that it's a nice and a cozy place both for a silent rest or for an active one. We've chose the Oceans at Divi Little Bay Hotel after a couple weeks of a detail researches of a Hotel amenities, of a variety of a food, of a beach and sea cleanliness and tidiness. We also decided to rent a car to get a chance to issue some trips across this Island and check some other places except the Little Bay where we suggested to stay. Wouldn't like to waste your busy time and would only like to make a resume: Oceans at Divi Little Bay Hotel is a deliberated decision to have a good comfortable rest during a week or about, a great swimming in a clean sea with nothing huge waves, an enough good food and a cozy area to have an evening walk and also get a chance to visit both capitals of the Friendly Island by car. A weather at this side of the Island is a very windy one, one huge storm occurred during our stay but at another side a strong wind makes your stay a cooler one. We'd like to recommend this Hotel for a good stay and also can confirm that it was a good choice, we really had a good comfortable rest during a week, many thanks for Oceans at Divi Little Bay Hotel staff. Nice clean, safe place. Did all inclusive over Christmas. Went on sneak excursions. Had a good time.

Beach proximity but beach was not groomed. The amenities included in all inclusive were very limited and quality of food and drink was terrible. Very poor service. Staff was unable to provide basic amenities like plates and spoons. Linens were unavailable or unclean. Room was not available at check in and then room assigned was not clean. Hot tub was out of order. We paid far too much for a miserable experience. Lesson learned.

Restaurant food and drinks were not good and over priced. Found much better food options on the island.
Had to ask for wash clothes and fresh towels a few times.
Had to wait for room when we arrived.
The rooms are nice. The beach is nice and great snorkeling.

Everything was in one location and the managers an staff were awesome exsp when my wife had an emergency seizure they all helped me get her safe an help fast great people that care about you and your stay all around awesome place deft going back.

There was supposed to be a movie night and no one seemed to know what was going on. Not enough check-in check-out staff. Food was great but not much choice.

Paradise!! The staff are fantastic and attentive. We snorkeled every morning and saw different fish each time in addition to the turtles, stingrays and squid. Each pool has something to offer. We will be back. Make sure to walk up to the Fort as it is very interesting and offers great views

Our checkin was very easy and Elvis was very kind and explained everything well. He assisted me a few times and was very accommodating and helpful. Other staff during our stay were hit or miss on their mood. Several times it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I wouldn't recommend doing all inclusive unless you just don't want to leave the resort. Reason being is, the food was subpar and you run out of adequate options by day 2 or 3. The beach during our stay had lots of seaweed that smelled terribly making it hard to use the beach. It wasn't raked up until the day we left. Our room was clean and housekeeping came by everyday. All in all, we won't be back to this resort.

We enjoyed the helpful, service from the staff and how clean the grounds where. The beach could have been cleaner and food service faster, one restaurant wasnt open our entire stay. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our stay at the Divi Resorts was very disappointing. The waitress at Gizmo’s was not very pleasant and barely checked on us. We had to wait so long just for water and she had an attitude. The food on the resort was not good. Our room had a non working phone almost the entire trip and we didn’t have wifi for about 3 days. For checkout, we scheduled 2 pick up times for our luggage and one person had to go down to the front desk, which isn’t close to the building we were in, to get a bell man to get our suitcases We had to do that twice since we had 2 different pickup times. Overall, the stay at Divi was not pleasant, the communication was poor and we experienced a lot of inconveniences. They have to do better.
Despite the unpleasant experience, we did meet some really nice staff members; J from the bar was really nice and Sandrine was an absolute doll! She was sweet , apologetic and accommodating!

The guest rooms had dirty floors in both rooms. The food was not great but the drinks were good Service was slow but the pool was nice and the beach was nice

Divi Little Bay has absolutely breath taking views and great friendly service.
Downsides? Limited food options unless you trek to the other side of the resort and they changed their all inclusive liquor package in the middle of our stay.
One day captain and Bacardi are included and the next day no more along many other “top shelf” options. No explanation either.
The food is also subpar, recommend going to eat out locally for some amazing food!

The resort is beautiful. Very pricey though if you’re not all inclusive which we were not. Even though Expedia advertises it as such. Breakfast for two people is $50. Dinner for one is about $50. Save yourself the headache and book direct from their website. Would recommend over all.

We stayed in the oceans rooms. Room was nice. Staff was nice the the whole time. The beach was great staff was very attentive getting chairs set up. The only downside was we were never able to switch out our beach towels during our stay they were out every time we tried at both locations we tried many times throughout the day and they never had new towels available. But all in all good experience.

The beds are very firm. It was difficult to get comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful especially Samantha at the front desk. The water had a terrible smell.

Great vacation spot. Georgeous location. Nice convenient beach. Food was fine despite other reviews I read. We did not do the inclusive options because of other reviews but it would have been fine. It was nice to rent a car and get out to other restaurants so either way are great options. Don't hesitate. Staff are all very friendly and attentive.

We had a great stay at Divi Little Bay. Our accommodations were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly - we loved Jeanmil, Amanda, Stephen, Sheldon, Arsenio, Tony, Karen, Madeline - sorry I can't name them all. Food was very good as well!! Can't wait to go back!

This property's tower had exactly the clean and modern room we were looking for, and frankly a better than expected set of amenities on a surpringly perfect beach on the calm waters of Divi Little Bay.
I should have booked the all inclusive food at the Expedia discount, my only regret!

Amanda at the pool bar and Caron at the breakfast buffet treated us just like family and made our stay extra special. We will be back. Would like to bring my small dog with me next time.

Except for the woman who was at the front desk when we checked in everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. Everything was kept immaculate, the restaurants had good food, nice variety, terrific staff. Easy to get umbrella’s and chairs at beach. We did wish that we could get drinks on the beach like other resorts have done.
