Loved how it felt like a mini resort

Don’t waste your money. If you are looking for a hard bed and a cheap hooker then this is your place to go. PS they do not have a breakfast.

The pictures from hotel.com website are nothing like the hotel

The hotel staff was amazing, but the location lacked cleanliness. I felt the pictures and website were very misleading. Renovations were done DIY at best and you could tell. Beds were uncomfortable and rooms lacked cleaning. I could clearly see a handprint on the headboard and hair was left in the shower from the previous tenant. I give this hotel 2.5 stars at best and that was due to the amazing staff.

Hotel was very outdated. Floors and bathroom were nasty. Beds were like rocks. Attendant seemed a little off as we seen him multiple times after checking in, this made my kids and myself very uncomfortable.

This was my first experience with this hotel and I was VERY impressed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so QUIET and peaceful! Very unexpected in a hotel. This is my new favorite place to stay when I am in Kentucky.

As I checked into the hotel, it was very dirty paws cloudy hot tub is broke, then continue to go into my room to find roaches, crawling all over the walls in the towels on the floor things were broke, then went to the front desk to asked to be changed into a new room they continue to change me into a new room that was worse tell holders Hollyn off the wall, toilet rolls, fallen off the wall, all the fixtures hanging down the room was very nasty and dirty. The TV was very fuzzy not clear very disgusting

My husband picked this hotel solely. Based on the fact that it was called vet city motel and he likes corvettes. We were traveling through and just needed a place to stay for the night. We did not have high expectations. But we were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel.. It had clearly been recently refurbished. It was very clean. The bads were very comfortable. The internet was good and the staff service was also good. It was excellent value for the price..

Was a good overall stay only thing that was kinda inconvenient is its a smoke free facility and there is a $100 deposit just make sure you use cashinstead of a card cause it takes forever to go back on your card

It rained and the hotel was leaking everywhere. There has to be mold lurking in the walls and ceiling.

Property is good for the price. Hot tub was out of service, which based on reviews had been an ongoing occurrence. Room was nice, minus the lamp being broken and a slight stench. Seems partly remodeled and remodeled areas are quite nice

I didn’t read the fine print in the Hotels.com app that said a $100 deposit was required at check-in (my fault but still a shock) The room was clean and neat, the beds were ROCK as a ROCK. Personnel were courteous.

The room we stayed in had roaches climbing on the wall and across the ceiling. The front desk person didn't speak much English and he was hard to communicate with. There was water from the pool thru out the halls down to the rooms which made it a fall hazard for someone like me who is on crutches. There wasn't any mats of any kind for the ppl in the pool to be able to dry their feet b4 they tracked the water into the halls and around the stairs.

I thought the stay was poor I stayed in a room the TV didn't work and reported it and still never got a TV so we were stuck without any thing to do but walk around the property that was being remodeled at the time. I would love to get another room or be reimbursed. Thank you

Was told at check in I had to pay 100 security deposit which I refused because it was not mentioned in the add for the hotel. Now tried to cancel reservation and payment but your app told me I was past check in time! Well I better not get charged for this and you people need to get this dump off website. Nice little place. Pool was great, and it was quiet. Only downside was some random stain on the ceiling that looked like blood.

The property is run down and out dated in a badly needed of upgrades and new management. The front desk guy was packing a 9 mm not concealed on his hip. Always makes me wander should I feel safer or more worried. Is he expecting a robbery or just wants us to feel protected. If I jad an option I would run to another hotel.

Toilet paper holder was broken. Paint chipped everywhere. Pieces of wood missing off furniture. Light fixtures were dirty and barely worked. Dryer sheets in air conditioner. Could have just been cleaner. Other than that not bad. Morning staff was rude.

My window was facing parking lot and it seems a lot of smokers gathered so a little noisy.
Also rooms were very neat and clean but entrance to building all windows need washing. I was a little apprehensive when I pulled up as first impression was not good but glad I stayed.

Stayed here 1.5 mo ago. Both times tv not working and hot tub not working. I looked forward to getting into the hot tub after a long drive.

Roach on kitchen counter seen at 5am.. packed up everything and immediately left. Pictures of interior rooms do not accurately portray the property as a whole. Roach also seen in the hallway upon leaving. You get what you pay for.

One pool closed, hot tub heater broken and shut off, laundry facilities threw a breaker just as washer filled with water and no one had the key to that breaker room. Room was somewhat clean, but one bed had used, dirty sheets, bathtub had hair and shampoo in the bottom. Looks like room had not been cleaned for some time.
Heavy smokers at rear entry doors 24/7.
I would stay again only because of the location.

As advertised they have in door pool and work out room and hot tub but the hot tub had no heat this is the biggest reason i booked with this place was the hot tub they should give you money back or lower price for the stay false advertising is a criminial offense. They dont even offer you a piece of bread for breakfast the receptionist said we have coffee ... i could only laugh so do yourself a favor and call this place be4 you book to see if hot tib is fixed i heard it has been out of commission for a month. Good luck on your trip i will consider staying again if fixed
