FANTASTIC STAY. Their logo has 4 stars but i give it 5 STARS. Excellent hotel, Staff is wonderful, of all the hotels we stayed it throughout Europe this was the best. Everything about our stay was here was superb. The restaurant upstairs is just as great. Superb service, food and view of the city. We will definitely be staying here on our future visits. Also, free hotel shuttle to the city center.

We stayed here twice and while the hotel isn't in a great location for walking and sightseeing they do have a free shuttle to take you downtown and bring you back. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are top notch. I left my sunglasses behind after our first stay but they found them and kept them until I returned later. They even dropped us off at the train station when it was time for us to leave. The only concern I have is if you book the shuttle for airport pickup. They clearly state no cancellations within 24 hrs. However, our flight was delayed and because we couldn't be there at the original time they considered that a cancellation and we forfeighted our fee. I think this is a language translation issue and they should clarify to say "no cancellations or delays within 24 hrs". With airlines being so unpredictable these days I would not use the shuttle and just use a taxi instead.

Beautiful new building, large bedrooms, great find dining. The downside is where the property sits. Although relatively close to the airport, it is in a rundown industrial section with a bizarre market tucked in behind.

Is the best option if you want to stay safe and very good for parking a rented car . Also very good access to the main roads to the rest of Italy. I will also appreciate the professionalism of Francesca. She give us very good information regarding our stays in Naples.

The hotel itself was amazing. Luxurious and modern. Staff was so accommodating. Food was excellent during room service. The area if town around the hotel was questionable. Dirty, with lots of trash littering the streets. Felt very uncomfortable. Even our cab driver that brought us from the car rental to the hotel said to not walk out at night.

I chose this property because it is close to the airport. It was very clean and the staff were extremely polite.

This hotel is amazing. Perfectly clean. Best pillows on our whole trip! There really isn't much in the neighborhood. You need to taxi or shuttle to other areas. It is close to the airport, so perfect.

Outstanding accommodations and service. Included breakfast is very basic. I would rather pay E$15 and have full breakfast.

This property is truly a treasure! It is new and has all the latest and greatest amenities, for the business traveler or anyone looking to be close to the airport. The spa was extremely relaxing and their service managers were easy to communicate with, great at follow-up, patient and flexible with our changing plans. The breakfast was not to be missed, with special typical Neapolitan options as well as your typical European breakfast spread. What made this hotel even more special is the view!!! We arrived late at night and did not even notice the incredible views of Mt. Vesuvius, but boy were we surprised to watch the sun come up over the inactive volcano. Parking was easy, in a lot just down the street. We walked to some restaurants close by as well. Others may note that the location is not ideal, but I disagree! Between the close proximity to the airport, convenient parking, and that stunning morning view I think the location is perfect and can see exactly why the owners chose this location. This place is uber luxurious, for anyone who is looking for a top-notch 4-star (not sure why it is not 5 stars!) experience. I would recommend this hotel over any other that may be more "walkable" since you can easily grab a taxi to the city's main attractions or even take a brisk walk to the piazza's - do not let the perceived lack of walkability derail you from this gem!

This Hotel was the best choice we could have made for our short stay. The staff was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the room was amazing and the Terrace Restaurant and Bar was Outstanding!

The hotel was first class. Excellent value for the money. Restaurant was large, spacious with views of the city. Dining was superb with a wonderful selection and well prepared food. Sort distance from and to the airport. Flight arrived at airport 7:00 pm. It took about 1/2 hour for taxi to get to the hotel. Departing flight was at 6:00 am. It took taxi 10 minutes to get to the airport. A lot of traffic congestion during the day and evening. Paid a flat rate for our taxi rides. We were not charged by the meter.

I gave my feedback to hotel front desk . It was very dissapointing . If General Manager would like to reach out to me it is fine. I just dont want to embarrass them here with what happened during our stay ... Manager did not even bother calling to solve our problem .Great looking hotel with very poor service.

The hotel was close to the airport. Had a early flight. Convenient.

Beautiful propety, has a relaxing vibe. Very modern and clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant had the best food and service. Breakfast was very delicious and had so many options. Loved our stay.

Gold Tower Hotel was like an Oasis in the midst of the very dirty city of Napoli. Brand new, very clean, and modern! We chose this hotel to stay for only one night, because of the good reviews and the closeness to the airport.

Not really a airport hotel as it’s over 3 miles away or 30 mins with Naples traffic

A refreshingly up-market and impressive hotel with awesome facilities, fabulous buffet breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff. Located in a rather rundown part of Naples, but we were thrilled to stay here and felt very well cared for.

On vacation with my husband, he was in accident and brought by ambulance to hospital, he had very long surgery. This hotel could have not been more welcoming. I had only booked room for 1 night and was told it was fully booked for following days. Not sure what my p,ans are waiting to get my husband home (U.S.)I talked to a wonderful gentlemen at front desk who not only said I didn’t have to move but cancelled my new hotel. They would help me with anything I needed. I am very comfortable and safe here.

The surrounding areas of the hotel were not very appealing. It was inconvenient and expensive to go to the center city, cost 15-17 euros each way. Front desk staff were nice but they were busy talking on the phone all the time.

The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very professional. The cost is justified and I would certainly use this hotel again. Thanks for the jacuzzi upgrade !

The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. The breakfast is really good as well. The concierge was very knowledgeable but I found the service very slow for everything else. The location is not very convenient to get around, especially after dark. Taxis had a difficult time finding the place and overcharged to get there. It is a decent hotel but I wouldn’t rush back.

This stay was great! The staff was so friendly, a special call out to Francesca at the front desk. She was so incredibly helpful. The views of Mt. Vesuvius were really nice and great to wake up to. Thank you so much!

it is a very nice property with modern amenities and spacious rooms - but in an industrial surrounding. It is very close tot he airport which was important for us we were leaving early. We would recommend Grand Tower whole-heartedly

We stay in the hotel one night but we are planning to visit again. The hotel is excellent but is very important to have a car since the location is not so convenient to walk around .

Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel. Breakfast was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. Only thing is not having tv to watch in English. Netflix or Hulu would be nice. Area around is not too nice but hotel is great! Would highly recommend.

Very convenient location if you need to be near the airport, We received an upgrade and the room was huge with a great bathtub. Breakfast has many options. And transportation to the city center was also something we used and thought was great. Thanks for everything... Great stay
