There is a chic living space with a sofa, chairs, and a TV, and it opens into the home's parlor, which features floor-to-ceiling antique crank windows and a bistro table. The kitchen is an absolute chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils, and there is a formal dining room, with a table set for eight guests. The original hardwood floors carry out through the home's three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has vibrant decor and a private deck with loungers where you can bask in the Florida sunshine. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest room has a TV and ample storage space, and the third bedroom is fabulous for kids; it has two bunk beds! These rooms share the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Just across the courtyard is an excellent private suite!
