Was a nice location with view of the marina, and close to the town

My stay was cancelled and will be refunded. The place was not clean. The stove was horrible with crud and dust in all 4 burner bowls, oven dirty, cobb webs in the kitchen window, the apartment door entrance had a large glass window, filled with hand prints and also made it easy for anyone to look into unit, especially since the exterior door didn't have a lock. The bathroom tub had marks in it, kitchen sink needed a Brillo pad to scour it clean. I would not even rent this unit, and it should be removed.

The location could not be better. We enjoyed the parade and fireworks from the beautiful window overlooking the lake. We loved that the apartment was pet friendly and the check in and out process was very simple.

Even with 2 air conditioning units the apartment got very hot on sunny days it was (80° outside) even with the blinds drawn. Highly recommend some black out shades during the summer to help keep the place cooler. The bathroom really smelled and we weren't sure if it was because of a plumbing situation or if it was just not cleaned well.

Great location, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

we were easy walking distance from shopping, the ferry, and wooded trails

a very minor issue but I would have liked a few towel bars in the bathroom
