Friendly staff, located in the center. Beds comfortable. One of the cheaper hotels, what doesn't means it's cheap for what you get, since all hotels close to Bodensee are overpriced.
Free parking (So far, gates are installed, it's still under construction, so will see in the future. On booking.com it's stated already you have to pay for parking. Don't dare!
Very small rooms. No shelf for the bags, just the floor. Tiny desk, even a laptop is bigger. Desk lamp cannot seperated be switched.
Loud ventilation during the day, quite annoying.
Main light can only be switches from one bed side. Bed lights are blending, no matter in what direction turned. (not helpful for a good and fast sleep, should be known.)
Very noisy, can hear all sounds from the adjacent room, thanks! If someone closes the door the room is shaking.
Windows can only be tilt, not opened.
Bathroom has no hooks for clothes, no hand towels. No door at the shower, so the bathroom floor getting wet. Soap on the floor!!! No money for a small shelf?
In a nutshell, your interior designer did a quite bad job, in particular for this NEW hotel!

Small rooms, it's like jail feeling. Very small desk. Heating doesn't work in the night.
Shower without door, so the floor until the room got flooded. No hooks for clothes in the bathroom.

Das einzige was wir als positiv bezeichnen können, war das Bett selbst. Schlafen war erholsam. Jedoch sind es Einzelbetten. Als Paar ist es nicht immer angenehm, wenn sich die Betten bei der kleinsten Bewegung verrücken.
Die Zimmer viel zu klein, oberflächlich sauber. Du findest jedoch überall die Haare der Hausdamen🫤
Frühstück geht im Budget gar nicht. Zwei Sorten Wurst, aufgebackenes Brötchen vom Vortag oder sogar vom Tag davor.

Die Lage, ist ganz OK.
Parkgebühren von 15 Euro für eine nacht wurden zusätzlich verrechnet. 1 Hotel weiter neben an kannst du Gratis Parkieren. Personal sehr unfreundlich und hatte nicht gross lust zu Arbeiten. Zimmer für Preis Leistung sehr mager ausgestattet. Werde da bestimmt kein Zimmer mehr buchen.

Freundliches Personal, persönlicher Check-In. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut. Schöne Einrichtung im Frühstücksraum. Betten/ Matratzen gut.
Die Brötchen waren kaugummiartig, die Eier kalt.

Sauber und die Lage war gut erreichbar, Parkplätze auch reichlich vorhanden gewesen
kein Schrank für Kleider, Unterwäsche, die Dusche hat das ganze Bad Nass gemacht

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral , schnell konnten wir ins Zentrum oder mit der Bahn die Umgebung erkunden
Wir sind am Nachmittag angereist mit Hund ! Ein sehr ausgeglichenes Tier ! Das Personal hält es nicht für notwendig über die Citicard zu geben, nur auf Nachfrage! Die Hotel- Card funktioniert nicht, jeden Tag neu entsperren lassen! Unser Hund wurde am 2 Tag der Zutritt zum Frühstück erstmals verweigert! Am 1 Tag war er anwesend, er wurde nicht bemerkt, bleibt an seinem Platz! Bellt nicht läuft nicht umher. Als wir dem Personal dies mitgeteilt haben durfte er plötzlich mit ! Hundefreundlich , nein! Keine Hundetüten ,Wassernapf oder Decke! Haben für ihn zusätzlich bezahlt. Frage mich für was ?
Wir haben einen Labrador, welcher gut erzogen ist .

El parking era de pagament 15€/nit, però NO aparqueu a l’hotel, hi ha opcions pels voltants sense problema.
En el preu NO inclouen la taxa turística (2€/pax), i tampoc s’indica enlloc (reclamant actualment).

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Zimmer sind klein und spartanisch eingerichtet - es reicht zum Schlafen vollkommen aus. Wichtiger ist die Sauberkeit, und die war super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch okay. Die Lage des Hotels ist Klasse, man braucht nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß um im Stadtkern zu sein.
Der Blick aus dem Fenster war eine Katastrophe. Ebenso der Herr beim Auschecken. Der redet nix und klimpert im PC rum, dabei steht man anscheinend störend vor ihm und wartet. Total unmotiviert, ohne jegliche Freundlichkeit wird man ausgecheckt. Diese Erfahrung hat den ersten Eindruck dieses Hotel geschmälert.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage, ist neu und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Zimmer nutzten wir nur zum Schlafen. Dafür waren sie an sich völlig ausreichend und die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Leider kam konsequent ein lautes Rauschen aus dem Lüftungsschacht der Klimaanlage, obwohl der Schalter auf "Aus" gestellt war. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeptionistin am Anreiseabend wurde nur gesagt, dass dies in allen Zimmern so sei und in der Folgewoche Handwerker kommen würden. Schlafen war somit nur mit Oropax möglich. Dies galt für alle 3 Nächte.
Als wir am Abreisemorgen vom diensthabenden Rezeptionisten gefragt wurden, ob alles okay war und wir das laute Rauschen nochmal angesprochen haben, war dieser sichtlich erschüttert und wusste auch nichts von Handwerkern, die kommen sollen. Somit müssen wir sagen, dass die Reaktion der Rezeptionistin am Anreisetag sehr unprofessionell war. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht.

die matratze war hart und komfortabel. parkplatz ist kostenlos. 15-20 minuten vom zentrum entfernt. sichere gegend. supermarkt 2 minuten entfernt.
kopfkissen war zu weich und zu klein. die wände waren zu dünn. check-in zeit ist relativ spät.

Excellent breakfast
Booking.com states that room tax is included in the price, according to the hotel it is not, be prepared to pay this in addition. It's only Eur 4.0 so no big deal but htis should be made clear on booking. The standard of the hotel and staff more than makes up for this!

They offered us gluten free food at breakfast, and helped us order a taxi when we needed it. There is a supermarket close to the hotel, and a shopping center within walking distance.
The shower was small and the water flowed out of it, the room was small, and the walls are very hollow so that every door closing of someone in the next rooms could be heard

Good location, close to the train station
Rooms where small and terribly hot. Airconditioning didn’t work in both rooms and we both didn’t sleep at all. The shower made the whole bathroom and living room flood because of the bad construction. The receptionist only said sorry and he offered us free breakfast that we already paid for. Not a good experience

Clean and modern
Staff had no idea what they were doing
Do not attempt to enter the underground garage you will get stuck at the barrier which does not work and the staff yet again have no clue. Bad-design showers in the rooms will end up flooding your room, when you ask the staff they say yes we know and give you an extra towel. Breakfast is overpriced for what you get.

The room is tiny, there is no proper cabinet to store your clothes and the shower room is horrible (the water spreads all over the bathroom)

it was sparkling clean,very modern and the staff was absolutely very friendly and helpful in all ways. The plus point for us was that the building has elevators and free parking.
