Wake up in this bright tiny house located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. It’s a brand new and well-equipped casita very close (walkable, even) to Kerrville’s historic downtown, the River Trail, and the new Trailhead Beer Garden located on the Schreiner University campus. We are happy to share our well-proved insider tips with our guests to enjoy Kerrville and the Texas Hill Country at its’ best! Casita Blanca is a unique tiny house in a cozy neighborhood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with some of the neighborhood deer that pass through. Enjoy the custom mural in the back as you unwind with a game of beanbag toss. And catch some zzz’s in the custom made queen bed outfitter with organic cotton sheets.

This place has all the comforts of home! And it’s decorated so beautifully and the bed is comfy. Big bathroom and closet and the use of a stove and fridge was great! The deer visiting the yard were an extra treat. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s close to grocery and other places. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Loved this cute tiny house! Perfect for a couple! The location is great… close to downtown and nature attractions. Parking and check in were easy and the deck is nice to relax on. We enjoyed our stay.

I was looking for a quiet, safe , clean and comfortable place to stay for two weeks to work on some continued education. Casita Blanca was perfect! Lovely decor, comfy bed, plenty of towels and TP. Surprisingly spacious for a tiny house and surprisingly quiet despite being fairly close to the road. Definitely recommend!

Adorable little home. Cozy yet plenty of room for two! Quiet neighborhood with deer walking through the yard while we sat in the back and star-gazed. Very clean and delightfully decorated. Just felt happy and calm here. Super easy check-in/out process. She had given much thought to comfort and a peaceful stay for guests. Would definitely stay here again.

The casita was perfect for our little getaway. Clean, comfortable, and convenient to event centers like the park and trailhead beer garden. Easy walk to both! All the necessities in a very quiet tiny house, Sarah was an exemplary host. Thank you again for your hospitality!

The tiny house was perfect! Cozy but plenty of space and very comfortable. Loved our quick trip to Kerrville and the house was just right. Spacious bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a well thought out main room. I would definitely stay here again, especially over the hotels in the area.

Casita Blanca worked great for our quick trip to Kerrville. We actually bought breakfast foods at HEB and made a great breakfast on Sunday morning. Most breakfast places are closed on Sunday so this worked great. Plenty of room for my wife and I. We’ll book it again for our next visit!

We enjoyed our weekend in Kerrville! We stayed in Casita Blanca for two nights. It’s convenient to downtown, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The deer were frequent visitors. Has everything you need to be comfortable.
