Heard the dogs barking in in the backyard at night as owners resided in the basement and one-night tv was loud after the requested quiet time of 10 pm.

the location was good

the house was dirty. there were so many personal belongings in the house. The lay delft room had a fridge that was full of alcohol and the laundry room itself had their dirty clothes everywhere. one of the bedrooms has an air mattress which would be ok had we known. the owners had company on one of the nights and were hanging out in the hot tub so we could use it. we could not cook because we couldn’t find anything from the clutter in the cabinets.
