INTERIOR DESCRIPTION I Lecci 3 is on one floor: the entrance (via some stairs) leads to the living room and a kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, oven; the living area has a sitting area with table, which can be used as a workstation for a PC; access to the covered veranda with dining table, sea view over the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the surrounding vegetation; the sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk bed; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. An uncovered parking space is located near the entrance. INFORMATION ON DESTINATION AND DISTANCES I Lecci 3 is located within the well-kept residential complex called "I Lecci", immersed in the Mediterranean scrub with some of the most beautiful and characteristic shrubs of the area: secular junipers, olive trees, rock roses, myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and consists of only 2 buildings in a quiet and secluded context. The beautiful Ira beach is about 3 km from here.
