We, along with another family, decided to take advantage of a long school weekend to ski Schweitzer. We had planned the trip a couple of months out not knowing how terrible the weather would be for skiing during that time. It rained pretty hard both days and the second day we didn't even make to noon. It was so great having a nice place to come back to and relax as well as warm up in the hot tub. We had children with us so being able to cook meals for them saved us a lot of money and stress, but we also had a fun night out at a place that was recommended by the owners. My husband has already said that if we decided to to a "do-over" trip in the future, that this is the house for us. Thank you so much!

Friends stayed during our daughter's wedding and this was a great space for them. Comfortably housed three couples and the decorations were fun and perfect! Great place for a group of family or friends to stay and enjoy what Sandpoint has to offer.

We loved this place! Perfect location, centrally located in Sandpoint. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed with lots of spices. Plenty of soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Lots of towels. Comfortable couch and table for eating. Nice fire table and porch chairs. We felt like we were at home. Host was very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay in this Sandpoint gem! Owner was responsive with good communication. Very cool memorabilia / decor in a warm, inviting home. The kitchen is very well equipped which was awesome for the night we wanted to stay in for dinner. If you’re looking to stay in Sandpoint, this is a perfect choice!

We have always wanted to go to Northern Idaho and this was a great place for base camp. We were able to stay here and drive to Bonners Ferry one day and Coeur d' Alene another day. While we were there, Sandpoint was hosting their annual car show and it was fantastic! The lake was beautiful and there were so many great places to eat.
The house was decorated super cute, and the covered porch was a great plus for us. There were many young families in the neighborhood. We definitely felt safe to go for walks in the morning and sleep with the windows open at night.
We would highly recommend to anyone, plenty of room for a large family, but it was great for just my husband and I too..
