Beds were uncomfortable and there was only one flat pillow per person

It had everything you needed at the property and more. The host gave me all details prior to arrival like the code for the key box and location of the box. She even contacted me to let me know that I had left my sons chair behind at the property and arranged a time where a friend can pick it up for me. I can say that I would definitely book again lovely host could not have asked for more.

Very nice modern clean apartment, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, quiet location.
Empty can of beer missed during cleaning, very little toilet paper and tea and coffee but no milk.
Poor bus service in the area.

The apartment was better than expected. Everything had been thought of and a few kind extra nibbles left.
I had difficulty using the thermostat for the heating, Debbie responded to my queries straight away.

The apartment had everything I needed and the location was perfect for me. Parking was great, as was communication with the host.
No free to air TV but they did have Netflix so not a deal breaker.

I genuinely can not fault this property. It is 10 times better than the pictures. It was absolutely stunning, and yet we felt so at home. Had everything you would need in the kitchen as well as milk in the fridge and a few snacks!
We had a late check-in, and it was freezing outside, but as soon as we stepped in, the heating was already on for us...love that!

It was exact;y as advertised, with lovely small touches such as snacks, milk, water just overall pleasant
We did do some cooking there and there wasn't any instructions on how to use the stove, that and no wooden spoon or spoons for cooking.
The heating was a small issue, the rail in the bathroom was extremely hot and we had to be careful not to burn ourselves in the night

The house was very modern and everything was clean and comfortable. It was also a good location for us, and parking available too.

Everything, driving directions were excellent, easy to find and park, location box for the door key easy to find. The apartment looked great from the outside and was even better when we entered, just perfect in every possible way. The local pub was good as well as local shops as well as the nearby railway station for my trip to London

Another fantastic stay at Butterfly House. The property was spotlessly clean and tidy. The hosts always leave a little welcome pack of milk, biscuits and crisps which is very welcome after a long journey by train. Free internet access and smart tv.
It would be really nice to have a floor or table lamp in the living room rather than just ceiling lights.

Butterfly House is perfect for families and getaways. It is beautifully decorated, has a wonderful kitchen with every appliance you could need, has a great bath and very comfortable beds and furnishings. We came in an extremely cold winter and were warm and cosy throughout our stay. We could not fault this property and as a family of four found it a very easy and enjoyable stay.

It would have been nice to have some floor lamps in the living room.

Good location, struggled to access property at first but staff was really helpful in letting us get into the property by facetiming us at 8pm. Once inside was really nice, no major problems at all. Was good value for money
- Bathroom door can be a struggle to open after locking. You need to push it forward before unlocking

Before arrival, concise, helpful information and directions were given. The apartment was impeccably clean, linen/bedding very good quality, kitchen equipment pristine and absolutely everything you would possibly need. Furnishings modern and tastefully decorated throughout
Had a little difficulty with finding tv channels… couldn’t get BBC….

The property was as advertised, luxurious, clean, well decorated, fully equipped and set within a quiet area close to amenities.
We loved everything about the property and, should it have been free, would have extended our stay.

As soon as we opened the front door we were wowed by the cleaniness and decor.
It felt like home. There were plently of snacks and refreshments left when we arrived which was a lovely touch.

The property was very clean and was of a high standard. The thoughtful sweets and snacks that were left as we were getting there late was a lovely touch. Anything that you would of needed at the property was thought of which we really liked. Me and my family loved staying here and will definitely be back as I could visit my dad with ease thank you.
